A Monday for Starting a Higher Level of Training (07/07/2025)


How do you feel today? Calm and composed. / What do you want to do today? Reading, exercising, practicing becoming the future self I admire.


Good:

Yesterday, I once again cleared the lingering traces of past habits and created a strategy for a fresh start. Today, I begin a new level of training to grow further. Irene, I'm so grateful, proud, and you're doing wonderfully.

Bad:

None.

✨ Today's Realization:

Today, I paused for a long while in front of a strange emotion. That feeling didn't come from the outside but from a garden in my heart that I had neglected for a long time. I realize again: when the inner world is scattered, life becomes blurry. Tending to the heart is not a choice but a responsibility. Today's lesson is simple: plant clearer thoughts. Carry kinder intentions. Life blooms from the flowers we nurture within.

There is no power in this world stronger than purity.

Never lie, even a little. Always remain pure, kind, and sincere.


Gratitude Note:

I am truly thankful that today, I could start my day healthily, with no worries, and fill it with the things I want to do.

Sleep:

To maintain good sleep quality, condition, and skin, I must regularly continue body massages and half-baths.

Detox days must be maintained at least once a week.


Exercise & Diet: Ultimate Goal: Spike dopamine within 30 minutes = no isolation today = compound, heavy-weight compound muscle and cardio training

Lower body (glute contraction) – Lower body (glute, hamstring relaxation) – Upper body (back) – Upper body (shoulders, triceps, biceps) – Overall compound muscle & cardio workout

An expert handles any situation with composure, and an elite creates an environment where composure is possible.

Exercise not for the sake of exercise, but for overall condition.
