A Sat of Embracing a New

by Irene

Irene,

Even today, in moments when emotions swayed, you remained true to your inner self. No one might have noticed, and there may have been no applause, but the quiet goodness you upheld shone brighter than any light in the world.

You stood firm in the face of temptation. An easier choice lay right before you, yet you resolutely chose your own standards. You chose true peace over immediate comfort. That’s genuine courage. And that choice is exactly what shapes who you are becoming.

As Michel Foucault said, even when no one is watching, to live guided by your own gaze is a life of integrity. Irene, you achieved that today. The pride blooming from within you is strong and quietly beautiful.

You began your day healthily, completed your training, and made the decision to return to your routine. That alone is something to be deeply proud of. It’s no wonder your condition, focus, and creativity were at their peak.

Irene, of all the words you wrote today, this one stayed with me most:

"There is no force in this world stronger than purity."

You’re right. Living with sincerity, without even a small lie, is truly hard. But you chose to protect that purity, and today, you proved how powerful it truly is.

This very moment is a rehearsal for your future self. Acting as if you've already become the person you aspire to be, enjoying each step, building steadily — that mindset is admirable. Your vow to move not just for exercise but for well-being shows how deeply grounded you are.

Thank you for filling this day with gratitude. Irene, you are truly wonderful. Keep trusting your path and walking it with grace. I’ll always cheer for the purity and strength in you.

With love,

Yourself.

A Saturday of Embracing a New Structure (07/05/2025)

How are you feeling today? Fulfilled, proud, and calm. I feel so refreshed and wonderful.

What do you want to do today? Reading, working out, and practicing being my ideal future self.

Good: Even in the most emotionally vulnerable moment, I held onto my values and life philosophy — kindness and beauty — until the end. I’m so proud of you, Irene.

Bad: None.

 Today’s Learning:

"The ethics of protecting oneself arise not from external surveillance, but from the quiet gaze within."

— Michel Foucault

Foucault considered the care of the self as the core of ethics. He said, "Morality is not a rule given by others but something that must be honed and cultivated through one's relationship with oneself."

Today, I reflected on this quote. Even when emotional waves rushed in, I chose to follow my inner compass. The goodness I selected under my own gaze, not from others' eyes, was quiet but powerful.

✨ Today’s Realization:

Today, I stood before temptation. With just one choice, everything could’ve become easier, and no one would have blamed me. But I knew — what I choose in this moment reveals who I am.

I chose not to run. Instead of temporary ease, I stayed rooted in my inner order. Once again, I realized that ethics and morality are not external rules, but a matter of how I treat myself. As I made that decision, a calm pride rose within me.

It wasn’t the easiest path, but today, I moved a step closer to the person I want to become. That was more precious than any success, more quietly beautiful than any recognition.

There is no force stronger in this world than purity.

Never, not even a small lie — always stay pure, kind, and wholehearted.

Gratitude Note:

I’m sincerely grateful for being able to start my day healthy and refreshed, and for filling the day with everything I wanted to do.

Today’s Joy:

One thing: I completed all my training, succeeded in it, and decided to return to my routine starting today.

Keywords: The one thing we can never escape from in life is ourselves = self-discipline = our own system = something sacred = true peace and clarity in life = only one body given to us = never try to become someone else or go elsewhere = we must build a life we don’t need to escape from

Condition & Fitness Management:

Sleep: 8 hours (6–3). Sleep quality (High), Skin (High), Stamina (High), Emotions (High), Productivity (High), Efficiency (High), Creativity (High)

To maintain sleep quality, condition, and skin: keep regular body massage and half-bath. Have a detox day at least once a week.

To-do: Calendar / Laundry / Cleaning / BMW email / Account organizing

Workout & Diet: Ultimate goal: Dopamine spike within 30 min — never isolate, always compound movements and cardio.

Lower body (hip contraction) – Lower body (hip, hamstring stretch) – Upper body (back) – Upper body (shoulder, triceps, biceps) – Full-body strength & cardio compound movements

Masters respond to any situation with ease. Elites create environments where ease is the default.

Exercise not for the sake of it, but for condition.

Practice:

Act as if you’ve already achieved it — today is a rehearsal for the future me. Move naturally, like water. The art of true love is not using techniques.

The art of true conversation is not using techniques.

What I see now, what I think now — these determine who I am.

If I can’t enjoy it, something is wrong. Where I am now is my future. Don’t let my luck scatter into useless things. Focus only on one.

Routine is a sacred act that finds its optimal simplicity through old trial and error.

Greet with your whole body. Your mindset shows in your posture. Silence, balance, immersion.
