Clear Goals — Monday

by Irene

Irene,

This morning’s air was so clear. That one refreshing breath felt like a sign that today would begin well. You calmly reflected on what made last week difficult, found the cause, and fully adjusted it yesterday. I’m proud of you for that. Being able to understand and regulate yourself is a true strength.

As Aristotle said, “Effort without direction is like a sail without wind.” Today, you chose the direction to fill your sail. Your daily writing will no longer drift along like a river—it will follow your own compass. One small piece at a time, your words can touch someone’s heart; that’s a beautiful journey.

And the promise you hold in your heart—not telling even the smallest lie, remaining pure, kind, and sincere—will be the light that illuminates your path ahead.

How grateful it is that you can fill your day with the things you love. Writing the first pages of your sleep book, caring for your body and mind—these are precious seeds for your future. Your routine is no longer just repetition, but purposeful steps toward your destination, and each day will become deeper and stronger.

Irene, today too, breathe gently and walk slowly toward the goals you’ve set.

Starting the Week with Clear Goals — Monday (08/11/2025)

How do you feel today? Overall, I feel refreshed and in a great mood thanks to good condition management. / What do you want to do today? Reading, exercise, and practicing becoming the future self I admire.

Good: I clearly understood what went wrong over the past week and what caused my low condition. Yesterday, I completely adjusted and regained control, starting today in my optimal state. I was reminded again that whether it’s poor condition or a bad mood, there’s always a cause — and finding and resolving it is the ability to take control of life.

Bad: None

 Today’s Learning:

“Effort without direction is like a sail without wind.” – Aristotle

Today, I reconfirmed that routine is the power that sustains me. But for that power to lead to true growth, a clear purpose and direction are necessary. If I settle for repetition alone, no matter how diligent I am, I will only circle the same spot.

✨ Today’s Realization:

I have decided to set clear goals. My daily writing will no longer be like drifting with the current of a river; it will be a journey navigated with my own compass. One small piece of writing at a time will eventually become a complete work, and that work will have the power to change someone’s life. My routine is now a set of purposeful steps toward a destination.

There is no force in this world stronger than purity. I will never tell even the smallest lie, and will always remain pure, kind, and sincere.

Gratitude Note:

I am truly grateful that I can start the day healthy, refreshed, and without worries, and fill it with the things I want to do.

Today’s Joy:

Today’s one thing: Write the first piece for my sleep book

Keywords: immersion · choice · standards · reality acceptance · habits · repetition · growth · attitude · action · long-term game

Condition & Physical Management:

Sleep:

9 hours (7–4) — Sleep quality (high), skin (high), stamina (high), emotions (high), productivity (high), efficiency (high), creativity (high)

To maintain sleep quality, condition, and skin health, I must keep up with regular body massages and half baths.

Detox day at least once a week is essential.

Cleaning / laundry / letters / books = sleep / resonance letters / printing

Exercise & Diet: Ultimate goal: Within 30 minutes = dopamine spike — Today, avoid complete isolation and focus on multi-joint, heavy-load, muscular and cardio training.

Lower body (hip contraction) – lower body (hip, hamstring stretch) – upper body (back) – upper body (shoulders, triceps, biceps) – overall muscular & cardio multi-joint exercises.

A master can respond calmly in any situation, and an elite creates an environment where they can always be calm.

Let’s exercise for condition, not just for the sake of exercise.
