Dear Irene,
Today, you lived your day with sincerity—true to yourself.
It may have seemed like a quiet, uneventful Saturday, but deep inside, there was a powerful resonance, wasn’t there?
Your commitment to practice silence in order to make trust your identity—that’s something truly admirable. Like Rainer Maria Rilke said, “The deeper the silence, the more meaning words carry.” And I could feel that you’re living those words with your whole being. In a world that speaks too easily and promises too lightly, your decision to let your standards come before your words is both rare and strong.
At times, vulnerable feelings may slip in. But even those moments are part of what you need right now—remnants of the past that help shape the lifelong practice you're embracing. Just recognizing this shows how well you're doing. I saw your will to recenter and gently begin again.
As you reflected on today’s lessons and insights—your promise to live with purity and goodness, never speaking even the smallest lie, filling your day with gratitude, and facing yourself more clearly through stillness—all of that is what makes you shine.
You planned your day with care, tending to your physical and emotional well-being, choosing movement not for appearance but for balance. You were wise in every little choice: sleep, skin care, mindful exercise, organizing, reading, and even that cup of ginger tea. Each of these rituals is carving out and completing your identity, piece by piece.
Let’s especially remember your one thing today: the 100 Gratitudes Challenge. That alone made the whole day beautiful. And remember this question: “Is this word better than silence?”—how much unnecessary chatter we can let go of just by asking this, and how deeply it allows us to hear our own truth.
Today’s training was beautiful too. Acting like your future self, living with natural grace, loving and speaking with authenticity. All of that intention is guiding you toward the person you want to become. Don’t forget—greetings should be made with your whole body, and your inner posture shapes your outer one.
Irene, this path you’re on—it’s shaping you into someone not just wealthy, but full of grace and purity. Soft and steady. Humble and whole.
I’m proud of who you were today. Let’s begin again tomorrow, and the day after, with the same heart.
I’m always on your side.
With love,
—From You
A Saturday of Practicing Silence (10/18/2025)
How are you feeling today? Everything feels so deeply appreciated. What do you want to do today? Read, exercise, and practice becoming the future version of myself I admire.
Good: I’m realizing once again how vital trust is in life, and that daily silent practice is essential to make it part of my identity. I’m doing well and staying consistent with it.
Bad: I occasionally slip back into a vulnerable state, but I recognize that as a remaining residue within me. This experience reminds me that this is a lifelong training. And even now, I’m doing a great job.
 Today’s Learning:
"The deeper the silence, the more meaning words carry." — Rainer Maria Rilke
✨ Today’s Realization:
Speak carefully, make promises mindfully, and let all standards begin with self-trust. When values come before words, life doesn’t fall apart. Silence allows my inner voice to speak more clearly.
There is no force stronger in this world than purity.
Never tell even the smallest lie. Always be pure, kind, and sincere.
Gratitude Note:
Thank you, truly, for being able to start the day feeling healthy and refreshed, and for living a day filled with things I love.

Training:
Act as if it’s already achieved — today is a rehearsal for the future me.
Live naturally, like flowing water.
The art of true love is not using any tricks.
The art of real conversation is not relying on technique.
What I see and think right now determines who I am in this moment.
If I’m not enjoying it, it’s a sign something is off.
Where I am now is where my future will be.
Don’t scatter my luck on useless things—focus on one.
Routine is a sacred act of finding optimal simplicity through trial and error.
Greet with your whole body.
Posture of the mind is the posture of the body.
Silence, moderation, immersion.
