Irene,
Today, just like the name "A Thursday of Silent Practice," you lived your day like a quiet prayer — and this letter is for you.
You began your day with a calm, peaceful heart, and once again, you remained faithful to yourself. You managed your energy with the 30-minute rule, embraced your momentary emotional waves, and gently returned to center. You looked strong in a soft, grounded way. I know this experience is adding a layer of quiet strength to you.
Just as writer Kim Yeon-su said, “When you speak too much, you lose your words.” You've embodied that truth today. In the silence, you absorbed a deeper lesson — that actions mean more than words. I'm proud of you for making that truth your own. Your insight that silence is not doing nothing, but instead a profound expression of trust — that was simply too beautiful to pass by.
Your vow to live purely and truthfully, never allowing even the smallest lie, is both strong and warm. You started your day healthy and lighthearted, filled your time with what truly matters to you, and gave thanks for it. That gratitude alone makes you abundant already.
The 30-minute rule you followed all day — it's your personal ritual. You're laying out your life's master plan and calmly walking toward it. That question you carried, “Is this really better than silence?”, was the heart of today. I hope that question helped you become even more quiet and clear.
From sleep to skin, emotions to creativity — your overall condition was balanced today. You remembered that movement is not just for the body but for life itself. I felt your intention to stay connected, not isolated. Just like the saying, “A master remains composed in any situation; an elite creates the environment to stay composed,” you're becoming that kind of person too.
Today, you moved forward again — not with words, but through action. In silence, you stepped closer to the version of yourself you dream of becoming.
And don’t forget:
You are already living as if you've become her.
You are already doing enough.
I love you, Irene —
You, who never loses the strength of stillness.
Always on your side,
From me
A Thursday of Silent Practice (10/16/2025)
How do you feel today?
Calm and grateful.
What do you want to do today? Reading, exercise, and practicing becoming the admired future version of myself.
Good: Overall, I’ve been implementing the 30-minute rule well, which is helping me optimize my energy and productivity throughout the day.
Bad: I briefly sank into a vulnerable emotional state, but I allowed the feelings to flow through and returned to my center. I know this experience is part of a rite of passage — the final refinement.
 Today’s Learning:
"When you speak too much, you lose your words. The words nurtured by silence always grow in the quietest places." — Kim Yeon-su
✨ Today’s Realization:
Today’s lesson: I was reminded again that actions speak louder than words. Silence is not about doing nothing — it's a way of choosing deep trust. We often try to comfort or explain with words, but sometimes, simply being there in silence says more. I will continue to train myself to live a life where action comes before words.
There is no force stronger in this world than purity.
Never allow even a small lie — always be pure, kind, and sincere.
Gratitude Note:
Thank you, truly, for another day that began with health, peace, and the ability to fill it with the things I truly want to do.

Practice:
Act as if it’s already done — today is practice for my future self.
Flow like water.
The true art of love lies in not using technique.
The true art of conversation is in not trying to control it.
What I see and think now shapes who I am.
If I’m not enjoying it, something is off.
Where I am now is my future.
Don’t scatter my fortune on useless things — focus on one thing.
Routines are sacred acts shaped through long trial and error into optimal simplicity.
Greet others with your whole body.
Posture of heart is posture of body.
Silence. Moderation. Immersion.
