A Grateful Wednesday

by Irene

Irene,

Today, you began your day with gratitude for financial ease. Some days, thankfulness overflows for no particular reason — and today felt just like that.

Even amidst yesterday’s flood warning, you managed to complete your workout, give your body the rest it needed, and even take your herbal supplements. How admirable. No wonder your condition felt at its absolute best today. It’s clear now — all that effort added up to today’s sense of clarity and freshness. The saying, "Stamina is strength," hit a little deeper today.

But more than anything, what resonated was your insight about money. "Money is the most honest language of intention." That line struck a chord. Asking yourself, "Is this love, or is this fear?" before each expense — that habit will make you even more grounded. A life led by heart, not by money. That’s true wealth.

And today’s guiding question was powerful too: "Am I someone who gives trust?" That one question alone felt like it set the tone for your entire day. Your willingness to live in alignment with such a value — it’s truly admirable.

Sleep, skin, stamina, emotions, productivity — all top-tier today! It shows just how faithfully you’ve been caring for both body and mind. Massage, warm baths, detox, and routines… You didn’t just spend your time. You truly *lived* it, wholeheartedly.

In the end, today was another day of practicing becoming your future self — the version you admire. Acting as if you've already arrived, avoiding distractions, choosing simplicity and sincerity… It was beautiful to witness. I'm curious and excited to see how far these little but intentional days will take you.

Please don’t forget your promise: to live purely, kindly, and truthfully — without even the smallest lies. There’s no force stronger in this world than purity.

Thank you for living so well today, Irene.

With a warm heart,

From Me

A Grateful Wednesday for Financial Ease (10/15/2025)

How do you feel today? I feel refreshed because my condition is optimal.

What do you want to do today? Read, exercise, and practice becoming the future version of myself I admire.

Good:

Yesterday was challenging due to a flood warning, but I rested well and took some herbal supplements. As a result, I feel in top condition today. Truly, stamina is strength.

Bad:

I’ll make sure to stick to the 30-minute rule again today.

 Today’s Lesson:

"You can tell what someone truly values by looking at where they spend their money."

– James Clear

✨ Today’s Realization:

Money is the most honest language of my intentions. When I look closely at how I spend money, I can see the direction of my life and the state of my inner world. Spending from anxiety leaves emptiness, while spending from fullness makes life solid. So today, before every expense, I pause to ask myself: Is this coming from love or fear? Money can flow, but it should never be the center of my life.

There is no force in this world stronger than purity.

Never lie, not even the smallest ones. Always remain pure, kind, and sincere.

Gratitude Note:

I’m sincerely grateful that I can start the day healthy, refreshed, and filled with the things I want to do — without any worries.

Today’s Joy:

One thing today: Practice the 30-minute rule throughout the entire day.

Keyword: “Am I someone who gives trust?”

Condition & Physical Care:

Sleep:

8 hours (2 AM–10 AM)

Sleep Quality (Good) / Skin (Good) / Stamina (Good) / Emotion (Good) / Productivity (Good) / Efficiency (Good) / Creativity (Good)

To maintain sleep quality, physical condition, and skin health, I must continue regular body massages and half-baths.

Have a detox day at least once a week.

Cleaning / Laundry / Letter Writing / Reading / Account Sorting / Meal Prep / Ginger Tea

Exercise & Diet:

Ultimate Goal: Complete workouts within 30 minutes to avoid dopamine spikes. Stay socially connected and focus on compound, low-weight, muscle & cardio workouts.

Lower Body (Hip Contraction) → Lower Body (Hip, Hamstring Stretch) → Upper Body (Back) → Upper Body (Shoulders, Triceps, Biceps) → Full-body compound movements for muscle & cardio

A master handles any situation with ease, while an elite creates an environment where ease is possible at all times.

Don’t exercise for the sake of exercise — do it for your condition.

* Weekly Goal: Write one letter each day

* October Goal: Finish my book

* 2025 Goal: Finish the book / Turn the 30-minute rule into a non-negotiable identity

Train myself to be Irene — pure to the soul, kind, polite, humble, calm, graceful, and sincere. Expand outward activities. Change my use of time, people, and spaces. Become a billionaire.

Practice:

Act as if you've already achieved it — today is a rehearsal of my future self.

Flow like water.

The true art of love is not using techniques.

The true art of conversation is not using techniques.

What I see and think now defines who I currently am.

If I can't enjoy something, it's a sign something's wrong.

The place I’m in now is my future.

Don’t scatter my luck on unnecessary things — focus on one thing.

Routines are sacred acts of simplicity earned through trial and error.

Greet with your whole body.

Posture of the heart is posture of the body.

Silence, moderation, imme
