Irene,
I find you so gentle and kind — quietly facing yourself and writing like this at the end of the day.
Sometimes the word "responsibility" can feel heavy, but in your journal today, it didn't feel like a burden — it felt like practice. And that felt warm.
After getting twelve hours of sleep, your body and mind must feel softer and calmer. You didn’t try to force your condition to improve; instead, you chose to follow your natural flow — like water. That steady, gentle recovery is such a precious process.
Yesterday, you momentarily strayed from your "30-minute rule," but the way you learned from it and recommitted yourself is truly admirable. Not staying stuck in the mistake but using it to step forward — that’s a mature and graceful approach. Your words today — that you’ll prove yourself again through action — really resonated.
“Responsibility is not a weight that crushes me, but a practice that builds me.” Isn’t that such a beautiful thought? That one sentence carried the essence of your whole day. You’re living your day sincerely, staying pure, choosing honesty even in the smallest things. That kind of commitment is so beautiful.
You’re also taking good care of your body and skin, and even your workouts aren’t just for appearance, but for your condition and well-being. Just like the saying, “Masters create calm; elites create calm environments,” you’re designing your life with intention.
A finished book. A letter written every day. A vision of becoming the most sincere version of yourself — kind, calm, elegant, and true. You’re already growing, already beautiful, just as you are.
Thank you for living today so wholeheartedly. I hope tomorrow, you’ll be even more at ease, more pure, more radiant than today.
With a warm embrace,
From, Irene.
A Monday of Practicing Responsibility (10/13/2025)
How are you feeling today? I’m gradually restoring my condition to an optimal state. / What do you want to do today? Reading, exercising, and practicing to become the version of myself I admire in the future.
Good:
Overall, I’m regaining my sleep cycle without obsessive pressure, and my condition is steadily optimizing. I’ll try to follow my body’s natural flow like water.
Bad:
I was doing well with the 30-minute rule yesterday, but while analyzing a structure, it suddenly turned into 4 hours of non-stop work. Today, I’ll aim to carry it through properly.
 Today’s Learning:
"Anyone can speak, but few keep their word to the end."
✨ Today’s Realization:
Just like that quote, I felt the weight of action more deeply than the lightness of words today. A life where I prove myself not with words but with actions, not with excuses but with apologies, not with hesitation but with follow-through. Today’s realization is this: responsibility isn’t something that crushes me, it’s a practice that builds me.
There is no force stronger than purity.
Never tell even the smallest lie. Always be pure, kind, and sincere.
Gratitude Note:
I am truly grateful that I can begin my day feeling healthy and refreshed, without worries, and live a day filled with the things I truly want to do.
Today’s Joy:
Today’s One Thing: Practicing the 30-minute rule all day
Keyword: “Am I someone who inspires trust?”
Condition & Physical Care:
Sleep:
12 hours (8-8) | Sleep Quality: Good | Skin: Good | Physical Energy: Good | Emotion: Good | Productivity: Good | Efficiency: Good | Creativity: Good
To maintain quality sleep, overall condition, and healthy skin, regular body massages and half-body baths are essential.
Make sure to have a detox day at least once a week.
Cleaning / Laundry / Letters / Books / Account organizing / Hydration pack / Salus
Exercise & Diet:
Ultimate Goal: Within 30 minutes = Dopamine spike — Never isolate today. Focus on compound, low-weight muscle & cardio training.
Lower Body (Glute Contraction) - Lower Body (Glute & Hamstring Relaxation) - Upper Body (Back) - Upper Body (Shoulders, Triceps, Biceps) - Full-body compound cardio workout.
A master handles any situation with composure, and an elite creates environments where composure is possible.
Exercise not for the sake of exercise, but for the sake of condition.
