A Tuesday in Practice of Trust

by Irene

Irene,

Thank you for starting the day safely once again.

Watching your sleep pattern slowly find its rhythm again, I could feel both your body and mind beginning to recover. That gentle heart of yours that wants to take care of yourself is so beautiful.

Today, you said you wanted to read, exercise, and practice becoming the future version of yourself you admire, right? There’s something so warm in those words. It’s not just about checking off a to-do list, but about wanting to love and grow yourself more deeply. So today, trust your pace and walk gently.

You found some herbal tonic yesterday and delivered it along with a gift and a letter of gratitude — well done. Expressing sincerity to someone is always a brave act. And your determination to follow through with the 30-minute rule today again shows your steady effort to believe in yourself. That heart of yours will surely become a powerful force in time.

There was a sentence that lingered in your heart today: “Trust is built slowly, but can be destroyed in an instant. True trust is proven not by words, but by consistent behavior.”

I hope that quote guides your day. Because trust shines brightest when you’re the one who chooses to give it first.

And today’s realization.

You reflected on how true success isn’t about flashy outcomes, but about the deep relationships you can share them with. I nodded in agreement. Your effort to become someone worthy of trust — that quiet strength — is precious and beautiful. Each one of those choices is shaping a life of deeper meaning.

I have one request for you today.

Don’t forget your vow — to live without even the smallest lie, with a pure, kind, and sincere heart. That promise will become the light that guides your whole life.

Thanks to a full 11 hours of restful sleep, your energy, skin, mood, and overall condition were all at their best — amazing job. Let’s try to maintain that rhythm step by step. Don’t skip your baths, massages, or weekly detox days. These little routines are what build your strength.

I also cheer you on in your “one thing” for today: practicing the 30-minute rule. No matter how busy the day gets, carve out that time as a sacred space for your own focus. Trust begins with those small, intentional choices.

Thank you, too, for viewing exercise not as mere movement but as time for your condition and emotions. Just like you said — the difference between a master and an elite is the ability to remain at ease — I hope today is filled with easy, steady breaths.

You’re doing more than enough, Irene.

I’ll always support your days that move forward — slowly, but surely.

That heart of yours — pure, respectful, and full of sincerity.

The truth is, you’re already living it today. And that’s truly beautiful.

Let’s carry that promise into tomorrow.

I love you, Irene.

From you

A Tuesday in Practice of Trust (10/14/2025)

How are you feeling today? My sleep pattern is gradually returning to normal, and I’m regaining my energy. What do I want to do today? Read, exercise, and practice becoming the version of myself I admire.

Good: I found a Hurb medicine yesterday and successfully delivered the gifts and thank-you letters.

Bad: I will try to stick to the 30-minute rule until the end again today.

 Today’s Learning:

“Trust is built slowly, but can be lost in an instant. True trust is proven not by words, but by consistent behavior.” – Robin Dreeke

✨ Today’s Realization:

What we truly desire in success isn’t the glamorous outcome, but the strong relationships with those we can share that outcome with.

And those relationships start with becoming someone who is worthy of trust.

Before judging others, I must ask myself if I am living a life that earns trust — one that is sincere, responsible, and wholehearted.

The essence of life is relationships, and the essence of relationships comes from my own attitude.

The moment I carry the question, “Am I someone who can speak of trust before success?”, the direction of my life begins to change.

There is no force in this world stronger than purity.

Never tell even the smallest lie. Always stay pure, kind, and sincere.

Gratitude Note:

I am deeply grateful that today, I can start the day with no worries, feeling healthy and refreshed, and fill it with the things I want to do.

Today’s Joy:

Today’s One Thing: Practice the 30-minute rule all day long

Keyword: “Am I someone who gives trust?”

Condition & Physical Management:

Sleep:

11 hours (12–11) — Sleep Quality: High / Skin: Good / Energy: High / Mood: Good / Productivity: Good / Efficiency: High / Creativity: High

To maintain sleep quality, energy, and skin health, I must regularly keep up with body massages and half-baths.

A detox day must be kept at least once a week.

Tasks: Cleaning / Laundry / Letters / Reading / Account organizing / Meal prep / Ginger tea

Exercise & Diet: Ultimate Goal: Within 30 minutes = Dopamine spike = Today, never isolate — compound movements / light-weight compound muscle cardio

Lower body (glute contraction) – Lower body (glute & hamstring relaxation) – Upper body (back) – Upper body (shoulders, triceps, biceps) – Overall muscle & cardio-focused compound exercises

A master handles any situation with composure. An elite creates an environment where composure is constant.

Exercise not just for the sake of working out — but for condition and emotional balance.
