A Sunday for Practicing Trust

by Irene

Irene,

Today, the phrase "A Sunday that practices trust" felt like a title embracing the entire day. The reason you felt refreshed this morning wasn’t just because you slept a lot, but because your body and mind are slowly finding their rhythm again. I'm proud of how you’re taking care of your sleep and treating yourself with respect.

You shared that a bit of irritation came up yesterday while talking with Mom, and how you noticed it, acknowledged it, and gently let it pass. Do you know how much growth that shows? You didn’t suppress your emotion—you saw it, held it with grace, and responded with dignity. By using honorifics and keeping a healthy distance, you’re learning a respectful way to communicate, and this will help you in all your relationships moving forward.

Today, you also made the decision to strictly follow the 30-minute rule to protect your eyes. That kind and mindful self-care will only make you stronger. You already know how much lighter and more peaceful a day can feel with just the right mindset, even amidst routine.

As Brené Brown said, "Trust is not spoken but proven through lived behavior." It was meaningful that you took this to heart today. The realization that trust must begin with becoming that kind of person yourself, and that tone, gaze, and small gestures ultimately express who you are—your reflection on this was deeply warm and powerful.

Just like the saying, “There is no strength like purity,” your choice to reject even the smallest lies and live with complete sincerity is shaping you into someone stronger. Living with heart, being fully present—it's truly beautiful.

And the fact that you start your day with gratitude, recognizing how precious it is to live healthily and joyfully, is what makes your light shine even brighter.

You said your goal today was to follow the 30-minute rule all day. That small but powerful commitment makes you incredibly reliable. If you kept asking yourself, "Am I someone who gives trust?" throughout the day, I’d say the answer is already a clear yes.

Today’s balanced state—your sleep, skin, emotions, efficiency—is the result of each small effort you’ve made. Massages, warm baths, detox routines—these are all acts of love toward yourself.

The same goes for exercise. Managing your dopamine wisely and moving for the sake of your overall condition—not just for fitness—is such a strong philosophy. You said masters stay composed in any situation, right? You’re definitely walking that path.

This week’s goal, October’s plan, and your vision for next year all point to one person—"Sincere Irene." Pure, kind, humble, composed. And eventually, a billionaire. Yes, you’re allowed to dream that big.

I especially love your words: "Today was another day to practice being my future self." May love, conversations, routines, and life itself flow naturally—like water.

Irene, you’ve done so well today.

Let’s live as your true self again tomorrow.

A Sunday for Practicing Trust (10/12/2025)

How are you feeling today?

I’m slowly finding my sleep rhythm again, so I feel refreshed.

What do I want to do today?

Reading, working out, and practicing becoming the version of myself I admire in the future.

Good:

Yesterday, while explaining a medical issue to my mom, I felt a bit of irritation arise. But I was able to recognize that emotion and let it flow through me. Interestingly, by not calling her "Mom" and instead using her English name along with honorifics, I was able to maintain a much more respectful attitude. I feel like this will help in many of my future relationships too.

Bad:

After completing all my routines, I ended up doing structural analysis for 4 to 5 hours straight, and it negatively impacted my eyes. Today, I’m committed to strictly following the 30-minute rule.

 Today’s Learning:

“Trust is not given in words, but proven through lived behavior.” — Brené Brown

✨ Today’s Realization:

Instead of being cautious of others, I must become a good person first. Trust isn’t built through grand declarations but through the smallest things—eye contact, tone of voice, body language. These subtle cues add up and eventually reveal the kind of person I truly am.

There is no power stronger than purity.

Never tell even the smallest lie. Always stay pure, kind, and sincere.

Gratitude Note:

I’m truly thankful that I can start my day healthy, refreshed, and filled with things I genuinely want to do.

Today’s Joy:

Today’s One Thing: Follow the 30-minute rule all day.

Keyword:

"Am I someone who gives trust?"

Condition & Physical Care:

Sleep:

10 hours (10 PM–8 AM)

Sleep Quality: Good

Skin: Good

Stamina: Good

Mood: Good

Productivity: Good

Efficiency: Good

Creativity: Good

To maintain quality sleep, condition, and skin, I must continue regular body massages and half baths. Detox day should be maintained at least once a week.

Cleaning / Laundry / Letter writing / Reading / Financial organizing

Exercise & Diet:

Ultimate goal:

Complete within 30 minutes = Dopamine spike

Never isolate completely; focus on compound exercises, low weight resistance + cardio

Lower body (hip contraction) → Lower body (hip & hamstring release) → Upper body (back) → Upper body (shoulders, triceps, biceps) → Full-body compound exercises with cardio

A master handles every situation with composure.

An elite builds an environment where composure is always possible.

Exercise not for the sake of exercise, but for my overall condition.

* 2025 Goal: Publish the book / Fully embody the 30-minute rule as my identity

Train to grow into Irene who is pure to her soul—kind, respectful, humble, calm, dignified, and sincerely authentic.

Increase external activities / Change how I manage time, people, and space / Become a billionaire

Daily Training:

Act as if it’s already yours — Today is for practicing my future self

Let it flow like water

The true art of love lies in not trying to be skillful

The true art of conversation lies in not trying to be skillful

What I see and think now defines who I am

If I’m not enjoying it, something’s off

Where I stand now is shaping my future

Don’t let my fortune scatter into meaningless things—focus on one thing only

Routine is a sacred act born from long trial and error, optimizing simplicity

Greetings should be given with the whole body

Posture of the heart is the posture of the body

Silence, moderation, immersion
