Irene,
Today was a day where you deeply felt that you don’t have to hold on so tightly. That simple sentence — that you woke up refreshed after a night of deep sleep — touched me more than you know. Being able to slow down and gently care for your body and mind is a sign that you're truly taking care of your life.
You said it wasn’t easy to take a day off from exercise, but because you did, you became calmer and stronger today. You’ve come to understand how important it is to soothe your nervous system — perhaps more than anything else.
And just like the quote you read today, the words about how "those who are meant to stay will stay, even without your grasp" stayed with you. You recognized the fear inside your tightly held heart, and now you’re learning to open your hands and prepare to welcome what truly belongs to you. That version of you — gentle and emotionally mature — is so beautiful.
Your steady steps — writing a letter, cleaning your space, reading, organizing — are all part of a quiet discipline. One by one, your routines are shaping a more grounded you. When exercise and eating become acts of care rather than obligation, that’s when they truly mean something. And today was exactly that kind of day.
Writing one letter a day, finishing your sleep book, making the 30-minute rule your identity — I see you getting closer to the version of yourself you long for. Especially your vow to live as Irene who is pure to the soul, kind, respectful, calm, and sincere — it’s truly beautiful.
Thank you for gently holding your space today. This quiet Thursday, the peace you created was precious.
I love you, and I’m always on your side.
— From Irene to Irene
A Quiet Thursday of Holding My Ground (10/09/2025)
How do you feel today? After skipping exercise and getting a good night's sleep, I feel great. What do I want to do today? Read, move, and practice being my future admired self.
Good: It was actually hard to take a break from exercising yesterday, but now I realize that calming my nervous system is truly important. After a day of rest, my condition has definitely improved.
Bad: None.
 Today's Lesson:
"Don’t hold on too tightly. Those who are meant to stay will stay somehow, and those who are meant to leave will leave no matter what. The ones truly meant for me will remain by my side even if I’m not gripping tightly." — Lee Ki-joo, *The Temperature of Language*
✨ Today’s Realization:
The more we cling, the more fear is hidden within. If something was truly mine, it would stay close without force. So now is the time to gently release my grip and softly observe the space where I stand. It’s not about grabbing what I want, but becoming someone who can welcome what truly belongs to me.
There’s no power in this world stronger than purity. Never tell even the smallest lie — always be pure, kind, and wholehearted.
Gratitude:
I’m truly thankful that I can begin this day feeling healthy and refreshed, with no worries, filling it with the things I genuinely want.
Today’s Joy:
One Thing: Write one letter, and write one chapter of my book.
Keyword: A true master never swings their sword carelessly.
Condition & Physical Care:
Sleep: 12 hours (5–5)
Sleep Quality: High
Skin: Glowing
Energy: High
Mood: Balanced
Productivity: High

Creativity: High
To maintain sleep quality, condition, and skin health, regular body massages and half baths are essential.
Minimum one detox day per week is a must.
Tasks: Cleaning / Laundry / Letter / Book / Financial organizing / Rolled omelet / Veggie prep / Meat prep / Herbal medicine order
Exercise & Diet:
Ultimate Goal: 30-minute dopamine spike — no isolation today; focus on multi-joint, low-weight strength + cardio
Routine: Lower body (hip contraction) → Lower body (hip & hamstring release) → Upper body (back) → Upper body (shoulders, triceps, biceps) → Full-body compound movement with cardio
A true master stays composed in any situation. An elite creates an environment where staying composed is natural.
Exercise not for the sake of exercise, but for condition and care.

The true art of conversation is not about techniques either.
The thoughts I have and the things I see now define who I am in this moment.
If I’m not enjoying something, it’s a sign that something is off.
Where I am now is where my future is headed.
