Irene,
Today was a Wednesday where you tried to gift yourself a day full of presence and intention. Though you felt a bit low in energy, you still comforted yourself so kindly—and for that, thank you. You read, exercised, and most of all, practiced being the future version of yourself that you admire. That intention was strong and beautiful.
What stood out the most was your effort to shift from analyzing and judging everything to simply expressing gratitude. When you woke up at 7, instead of saying, "I only slept seven and a half hours," you said, "Thank you for waking up at 7 AM." That small change softened the entire day, didn’t it? It was such a wise and warm gesture.
You also realized how stretching your morning routine too long affected the energy and quality of your work. So you made a plan—to keep your routine within two hours and move straight into exercise. It’s a clear and efficient direction. You're always learning how to improve yourself with grace.
Just like the lesson of the day said: “True freedom begins when you no longer need to prove who you are.” That line fits you so well, Irene. Don’t you think you’re starting to believe that just existing as you are is already enough? You’re already a beautiful, complete being—and I hope you keep recognizing and honoring that.
Your vow to live purely and truthfully, to avoid even the tiniest lie, and to stay kind and sincere—those are quiet, shining decisions. Days lived with honesty like that will slowly shape who you become.
Your gratitude for having a healthy, peaceful day filled with the things you love—it’s so lovely. That alone makes today a success. And your One Thing today—writing a letter and working on your book—was such a you thing. Like the quote said, "A true master doesn’t swing their sword recklessly." You, too, are becoming more calm and grounded, with each day.
All your conditions—sleep, energy, emotions, creativity—were at their best today. Amazing. You already know that good sleep brings so much fluidity to life. Keep up the self-care routines like massage, baths, and detox days. Those little habits will create big shifts over time.
And your exercise routine—it’s not just for strength, it’s a kind of moving meditation, a center-finding practice. You’re balancing heavy lifts, multi-joint movements, and cardio in your own rhythm. That’s so you.
Through all of this, you’re becoming someone more pure, kind, polite, humble, calm, and graceful. Not by force, but naturally—through love.
You did so well today, Irene. Your existence alone is already enough.
Always on your side.
A Fulfilling Wednesday (10/08/2025)
How are you feeling today?
I feel a bit low on energy, but overall, I’m doing okay.
What do you want to do today? Reading, exercising, and practicing becoming the future version of myself I admire.
Good:
I tried not to evaluate or analyze every moment and just go with the flow, but the habit is hard to shake. Still, I found it much easier to shift by replacing thoughts and analysis with gratitude right away. Instead of saying, "I only slept 7.5 hours," I said, "Thank you for waking up at 7 AM." Just stating the facts without emotions and adding "thank you" at the end. I think I've discovered a truly effective method. Thank you.
Bad:
Keep the morning routine to a maximum of 3 hours, ideally under 2. If I take too much time, my writing becomes long-winded and the quality drops. I must wrap up my routine in 2 hours and go straight to exercise—this allows me to perform at my best. Never drag out the time unnecessarily.
 Today’s Lesson:
"True freedom begins when you no longer need to prove who you are."
✨ Today’s Realization:
"An ontological life is not about striving to become a better version of yourself, but about recognizing and caring for the self that is already enough. The mere fact that I exist is already fulfilling, and I can live a deep and solid life without external validation."
There is no force in this world stronger than purity.
Never tell even the smallest lie. Always act with purity, kindness, and sincerity.
Gratitude Note:
I am sincerely thankful that I could start the day healthy, refreshed, and worry-free, and spend it doing the things I truly want to do.
Today’s Joy:
Today’s One Thing: Write a letter and work on a book.

Condition & Physical Management:

Tasks: Cleaning / Laundry / Letter / Book / Account organizing / Amazon / Rolled omelet / Prepping vegetables / Organizing meat
Exercise & Nutrition:
Ultimate Goal: 30-minute dopamine spike.
Today, focus on not isolating but doing multi-joint, high-weight, compound strength + cardio workouts:
Lower body (hip contraction) → Lower body (hip & hamstring stretch) → Upper body (back) → Upper body (shoulders, triceps, biceps) → Full-body multi-joint & cardio training.
A true master handles every situation with composure. An elite person creates an environment where they can always remain calm.
Exercise not for the sake of exercising, but to support your condition.
