A Monday That Flows Naturally with the Rhythm (10/06/2025)
How do you feel today? I'm feeling refreshed and in peak condition.
What do you want to do today? Read, exercise, and practice becoming the future version of myself that I admire.
Good:
I unintentionally took two days off from working out, and now I feel completely recovered. Even though I know it's important to take breaks and deload, I rarely do. But this time, the break just happened, and it brought full recovery. For the rest of this month, I’ll try to follow a workout routine that focuses on full nervous system recovery rather than muscle stimulation.
