Irene,
Today was a Thursday where you slowly began to recover. I'm so proud of you—and you are so lovely. It was a day where you could truly feel how precious the process is, as your body and heart return to their natural rhythm one step at a time.
You spent the day quietly, preserving your inner sense of order, and building up your small routines one by one. I could feel a deep sense of responsibility in the way you carried yourself. Even when no one is watching, your commitment to caring for yourself will be what makes you strongest. I believe in you—and I’m cheering you on.
It was beautiful how thoughtfully you took care of your body—eating three bananas, checking in on your sleep. The more you treasure your body, the lighter and clearer your heart will become. The sentence you held onto today—"Exercise not for exercise’s sake, but for the sake of condition"—will stay with me for a long time.
Above all, I love that you know this: that to live purely is the strongest force in this world. Your resolve to live without even the smallest lie, to be kind and truthful and sincere—that’s what will make your entire life more beautiful.
I’m truly grateful that you could start your day without worries and fill it with the things you desired. And the way you tried to let the day flow as peacefully as possible made you even more endearing today.
The small practices within your routine—your half-bath, detox, and compound exercises—all of these are sacred rehearsals for the future you’re becoming. Remember that. You acted as if it were already true, flowed like water, and lived this day with sincerity. That alone means you’ve done wonderfully.
Thank you for today, Irene. And really—well done. ️
I hope that tomorrow, you'll be able to embrace yourself with even clearer energy than today.
With love,
From You
Thursday of Recovery (10/02/2025)
How are you feeling today? I'm slowly recovering my condition / What do you want to do today? Reading, exercise, practicing the future version of myself I admire.
Good: To recover my condition, I focused on meal planning, ate three bananas, and will check my overall sleep and tomorrow’s condition.
Bad: None.
 Today’s Learning:
"I strive not to lose myself. Keeping a calm and orderly daily life is the gentlest form of taking responsibility for my own life."
✨ Today’s Realization:
I was reminded again that life is not about dramatic changes but about small and quiet repeated choices—and that the attitude of cherishing myself, even when no one is watching, is what makes me truly strong.
There is no force in this world stronger than purity.
Never tell even the smallest lie. Always remain pure, kind, and sincere.
Gratitude Note:
I am sincerely thankful that I could start the day healthy and fresh, with no worries, and live a day filled with things I truly wanted to do.
Today’s Joy:
Today’s One Thing: Let the day flow as peacefully as possible
Keyword: A true master never swings their sword carelessly.
Condition & Physical Management:
Sleep:
8 hours (5-1) Sleep Quality (High) Skin (Good) Energy (Good) Emotion (Good) Productivity (Good) Efficiency (Good) Creativity (Good)
To maintain the quality of sleep, condition, and skin, body massages and half-baths should be done regularly.
A detox day must be kept at least once a week.
Cleaning / Laundry x2 / Letters / Books / Account Management / Face Mask Purchase / Aqua Return
Exercise & Diet:
Ultimate Goal: Within 30 mins = Dopamine spike = Not isolating today, but rather compound & heavy compound strength cardio workouts
Lower Body (Glute Contraction) - Lower Body (Glute & Hamstring Release) - Upper Body (Back) - Upper Body (Shoulders, Triceps, Biceps) - Full Body Compound Strength & Cardio
A true master can remain calm in any situation, and an elite creates an environment where they can always stay calm.
Exercise not for the sake of exercising, but for condition management.

Practice:
Act as if it’s already achieved — today is a rehearsal for my future self / Flow naturally like water / The true art of love is not using techniques.
The true art of conversation is not using techniques / What I see now and the thoughts I have now shape who I am / Not being able to enjoy something is a sign that something is wrong
The place I am in now is my future / Don’t scatter my luck on meaningless things—focus on one thing only / A routine is a sacred act that finds optimal simplicity through long trial and error / Greet with your whole body / Your mental attitude is your physical posture / Silence, balance, immersion
