A Friday Flowing Naturally

by Irene

Irene,

Today felt like a Friday flowing naturally, like water. After a deep, restful sleep, it felt as if the world wrapped me in a warm hug. Even the morning air felt soft. Maybe that’s why my mood was so light. Sleeping in sync with my body’s rhythm after a long time — it brought my condition back to full power. My productivity and efficiency shot up, and I could focus more on myself.

I had this thought: We often try to mold ourselves into the standards that society sets. But today, I stepped away from those expectations just a bit, and instead listened to what my body and heart were trying to tell me. That’s when peace came — effortlessly.

It was a day I didn’t need to try so hard to be anything. Just allowing the present moment to exist as it was, that alone was enough. Like Thibaut said, “You don’t have to chase peace. Just stop chasing everything else.” I felt the truth of those words in every part of my being.

What I learned today is this: Thoughts like “I should be this” or “I need to do better” — they were the real things tightening around me. The expectations I made myself were what pulled me away from my natural flow. And from that rigid mindset, the pain began. But this morning, in a completely reasonless moment of peace, I understood. Peace isn’t something we build — it comes when we simply allow this moment.

And Irene, you were so pure today. Without even the smallest lie, you lived with sincerity and goodness in everything you did. Do you realize how strong that makes you? Purity is one of the most powerful forces in this world — don’t ever forget that.

Thankfully, you were healthy and refreshed today, and filled the day with things you genuinely wanted to do. Writing your sleep book, thinking through your workout routine — all of it was love sent from today’s you to your future self.

And exercise wasn’t just for the body today. It was truly to support your condition and your flow. You don’t need to have a perfect body. If you feel calm, focused, and end your day with peace — that’s more than enough.

Your sleep routine, your detox, the warm half-body baths — they were all little acts of care for yourself. And today, you didn’t forget: cleaning, organizing, writing, reading — each one is part of the routine that’s building the foundation of your life.

You’re already amazing. And the fact that you want to grow even more? That’s beautiful. Writing one letter a day, finishing your sleep book by October, publishing your own book in 2025 — all of these are such meaningful goals. You’re becoming a real adult — strong, yet soft.

Lastly, remember your training words: “Act as if it’s already yours.” Today was another day of practicing becoming your future self. True love, deep conversation, immersion, silence, focus — they are all shaping you into someone deeply genuine and grounded.

Irene, you did so well today. And thank you.

With love,

Your today self

A Friday Flowing Naturally (10/03/2025)

How do you feel today? After a sweet, deep sleep, I woke up feeling like I was in heaven. What do you want to do today? Read, exercise, and practice becoming the admired version of myself in the future.

Good: As I started to follow a sleep pattern that aligns with my body again, my condition fully recovered. I feel great, and my productivity and efficiency are at their peak. I’m reminded once again that I need to follow the standard set by my own body, not by what society dictates.

Bad: None.

 Today’s Learning:

"There is no need to chase peace. Just stop chasing everything else." — Thibaut

✨ Today’s Realization:

Today I was reminded again that the thoughts of “I should be this way,” “I must do well” are actually cages tightening around me. The expectations I created were pulling me away from my natural flow. From those fixed ideas, the pain began. But this morning, through a moment of peace without any particular reason, I realized — peace isn’t something to earn by effort. It arrives on its own when I allow this very moment.

There is nothing stronger in this world than purity.

Never lie, even a small one. Always live with sincerity, kindness, and a pure heart.

Gratitude Note:

I am sincerely thankful that I could start the day healthy and refreshed, without any worries, and fill my day with the things I truly want to do.

Today’s Joy:

Today’s One Thing: Writing the sleep book

Keyword: A true master never swings their sword recklessly.

Condition & Body Care:

Sleep: 8 hours (11 PM – 7 AM)

Sleep Quality: Excellent

Skin: Clear

Energy: High

Mood: Balanced

Productivity: High

Efficiency: High

Creativity: High

To maintain sleep quality, condition, and skin, body massage and half-body baths must be kept regularly. A detox day at least once a week is essential.

Tasks: Cleaning / Laundry x2 / Letter writing / Reading / Account management / Buying face masks / Aqua return

Exercise & Diet:

Ultimate goal: 30 minutes or less = dopamine spike

Absolutely no isolation today — compound, heavy-weight, joint-focused muscle and cardio training.

Lower body (hip contraction) – Lower body (hip & hamstring release) – Upper body (back) – Upper body (shoulders, triceps, biceps) – Full body compound movements & cardio.

A master handles all situations with composure, and an elite creates an environment where they can always remain calm.

Exercise not just for the sake of working out — but for the sake of my condition.

* Weekly Goal: Write one letter per day

* October Goal: Finish the sleep book

* 2025 Goal: Publish the book / Make the "30-minute rule" part of my identity

Personality & Character Practice:

Train myself to become a purely kind, polite, humble, calm, dignified, and sincere version of Irene / Increase outdoor activities / Change time, people, and space / Become a billionaire

Training:

Act as if you’ve already achieved it — today is practice for the future me.

Flow like water.

The true art of love is not to perform techniques.

The true art of communication is not to perform techniques.

What I see and think now determines who I am today.

If I’m not enjoying it, that’s a sign something is wrong.

Where I am now is my future.

Don’t let my luck be scattered by meaningless things — focus on one.

Routine is a sacred act of discovering the optimal simplicity through long trial and error.

Greet with your whole body.

Your posture of heart is your posture of body.

Silence. Moderation. Immersion.
