How are you feeling today?
My condition is low and my body feels a bit heavy, so I’ll try to recover through mindful eating today.
What do you want to do today?
Reading, exercising, and practicing becoming the version of myself I admire in the future.
Good:
To improve sleep quality, I’ll focus on a carb-based diet, reduce protein intake as much as possible, and try eating three bananas. Today’s goal is to prioritize sleep quality and recovery of my condition. I’ll end the day with those as my top focus.
Bad:
Nothing today.

Love is not an emotion but a structure. The moment we stop trying to change someone, love becomes real. In that understanding, we escape the impatience we once wielded in the name of love and find peace in genuine relationships.

Exercise & Diet:
Ultimate goal: Dopamine spike within 30 minutes — Never isolate today, focus on multi-joint, high-weight resistance & cardio training.
Lower body (hip contraction) → Lower body (hip and hamstring stretch) → Upper body (back) → Upper body (shoulders, triceps, biceps) → Full-body multi-joint muscle and cardio exercise.
A master can respond calmly to any situation. An elite person creates an environment where calmness is always possible.
Exercise not for the sake of exercise, but to maintain your condition.
