Dear Irene,
Today was such a still, quiet day.
Within that stillness, you kept meeting yourself — refining your center to move forward again. Like a leaf gently resting on the surface of the water, you may have appeared unmoving on the outside, but within, there was deep and sincere motion.
I’m so proud of the way you let go of the need to control the flow of water and chose instead to rest within it. Practicing the act of letting things flow, even though your instinct is to hold on — that’s a deeper awareness than you realize.
The way you resisted the urge to perform stillness, the space you gave yourself to not prove anything anymore — the you that reached for true calm today was already enough. Already beautiful.
Most of all, I saw how you took care of everything — your emotions, your body, your spirit. A full ten hours of sleep, a warm body massage, a half-bath, and a gentle routine. Every small thing showed how deeply you’re choosing to love yourself.
And your workout — it wasn’t just about your body, was it? You said, "Exercise for condition, not for the sake of exercise." That’s philosophy. High weights, compound movement, cardio — yes — but at the heart of it, you were training your mindset. Like the saying: a true master never swings their sword carelessly.
Irene, you’re practicing being your future self. To live this intentionally even when no one is watching — that’s something incredibly beautiful.
Thank you for not forgetting yourself today. Thank you for choosing growth and peace.
I know that every single day you stack like this will lead you to the most grounded and radiant version of who you truly are.
So tonight, make sure to say this to yourself —
"Irene, you’re doing really well."
With love,
From Me
A Monday of Practicing Stillness (09/29/2025)
How do you feel today? Calm. / What do you want to do today? Read, exercise, and practice becoming the future version of myself I admire.
Good: True peace—it's not about trying to grasp or control the flow of water, but staying quietly within it. I thought I was doing well, but I’ve realized I’m still unconsciously trying to grab hold of the water. Even though I know it slips through my fingers, I continue to do it instinctively. Realizing this is important, and I must train myself better moving forward.
Bad: None.
 Today’s Learning:
"Stillness is not the absence of movement, but the presence of depth."
What appears still on the surface might simply be a pause, but true stillness has a center, fullness, and a deep rhythm that is felt even without words.
✨ Today’s Realization:
True stillness is not something to be staged.
Some remain silent to gain something, while others are silent because they have nothing left to gain.
The former is still enduring,
the latter has already arrived.
Today I realized —
non-movement can sometimes be the deepest language of certainty.
A stillness that needs no explanation,
a rhythm that exists without proof —
That is the state I want to reach today.
There is no greater power in this world than purity.
Never tell even the smallest lie.
Always stay pure, kind, sincere, and wholehearted.
Gratitude Note:
I am truly grateful that I could begin the day feeling healthy and refreshed, with no worries, and that I was able to fill the day with things I love.
Today’s Joy:
Today’s one thing: Finish all outdoor tasks
Keyword: A true master never swings their sword recklessly.
Condition & Physical Care:
Sleep:
10 hours (5-3) Sleep quality (High) Skin (Good) Energy (Good) Emotions (Good) Productivity (High) Efficiency (High) Creativity (High)
To maintain good sleep, condition, and skin, regular body massage and half-baths must be continued.
Have a detox day at least once a week.
Cleaning / laundry / letters / books / stamps / movies / chicken breast / returns / car wash
Exercise & Diet: Ultimate Goal: Within 30 minutes = dopamine spike = Do not isolate completely today; focus on compound, heavy-weight, aerobic movements.
Lower body (hip contraction) - Lower body (hip, hamstring relaxation) - Upper body (back) - Upper body (shoulders, triceps, biceps) – Full body compound strength & cardio
A true master responds calmly to any situation, and an elite creates an environment where calm is the default.
Don’t exercise just for the sake of it — do it for your condition.

Train to grow into the pure, kind, polite, humble, calm, and graceful Irene with sincerity and depth / Increase external activities / Change time, people, and environment / Become a billionaire
Practice:
Act as if it’s already done — today is a rehearsal of my future self / Be natural like flowing water / The true skill of love lies in not using technique.
The true art of conversation lies in not using technique / What I see and think now defines who I am / Not enjoying something may be a signal something is wrong / Where I am now is my future
Avoid scattering luck on useless things — focus solely / Routines are sacred acts of refinement through trial and error / Greet with your whole body / Mind posture is body posture / Silence, balance, immersion
