How are you feeling today? Grateful, very grateful. / What do you want to do today? Reading, working out, and practicing becoming the admired version of myself in the future.
Good: True peace — not about trying to control the flow of water but quietly remaining within it. You're practicing this beautifully.
Bad: Absolutely never sleep even 2 hours with your contact lenses on. After applying body scrub cream, wait at least 10 minutes. Rushing will only damage your skin.

I realized that peace doesn’t come from force. It starts by becoming aware of — and letting go of — even the urge to control the flow. Even the effort not to cling can be a form of clinging. The moment you recognize that is when true practice begins.
There is no force in this world stronger than purity.
Never tell even the smallest lie. Always remain pure, kind, and wholehearted.
