Irene,
I want to gently greet you today, like offering a quiet hug to the version of you who made it through the day.
When you said it wasn’t easy to skip your workout, I could sense how sincerely you live each day. And yet, you chose to sleep well, rest deeply, and listen to your body. I’m so glad you did. You’re learning how to take care of yourself — not just through action, but through thoughtful stillness.
You once believed that working out every day was a sign of strength. But now, you’re realizing that true mastery includes the grace to pause. Even when your brain feels less productive, you have the awareness to observe yourself and choose recovery. That’s not weakness — that’s wisdom.
The words you learned today stayed with me: "Space is not simply emptiness, but the presence of infinite possibility." That space you’re creating to let emotions pass through — that’s your stillness. That’s your strength. When emotions come rushing in, you don’t suppress them. You let them sit quietly beside you. And with that daily practice, you’re becoming so much stronger.
Your heart is so kind and warm — I felt it deeply while reading. You said, “a truly still person doesn’t crumble easily.” Maybe it means your own stillness is already deep and expanding.
You began this day with gratitude, and you tried to live it with intention. Writing a letter, working on your book — your one thing for the day — each little act is helping you become who you admire. Like a true master, you don’t swing the sword recklessly; you carry it with poise and calm.
You said everything felt aligned today — your skin, emotions, creativity. That harmony didn’t happen by chance. It came from your rest, your care, and your quiet rebalancing. You reminded yourself again how precious it is to live in balance.
Irene, you are already wonderful and beautiful just as you are. And I know you’re preparing to become even more so. Like a graceful elite, you build your days with sincerity, elegance, and a heart full of truth. I’ll always be cheering you on.
Thank you for focusing on yourself today. I hope tomorrow, too, you shine quietly in your own way.
With love,
From Irene
A Quiet Saturday to Hold My Place (10/11/2025)
How do I feel today? After skipping a workout and getting deep, restful sleep, I feel great. What do I want to do today? Read, exercise, and practice becoming the admired version of my future self.
Good:
It was tough to skip a workout yesterday, but I’ve realized that calming my nervous system is essential. After taking a rest day, I can definitely feel my condition improving.
Bad:
Over the past two weeks, I’ve taken at least two rest days per week and clearly noticed a dip in my brain’s efficiency and productivity. This reaffirmed an important truth: while rest is necessary, true skill lies in being able to exercise consistently. Ultimately, I should not work out just for the sake of it, but to improve my overall condition.
 Today’s Learning:
“Space is not the absence of things, but the presence of possibilities.” — Richard Rohr
✨ Today’s Realization:
The emotions I face each day settle within me in some way.
They disturb and shake me only because I lack the inner space to receive them.
If my inner world were a serene, curated gallery, even strong emotions could enter and leave gracefully.
But if it’s a cluttered storage room, even the smallest feeling can knock everything down.
Space isn’t something you’re born with.
It’s a cultivated environment — shaped through daily reflection, the practice of not suppressing emotions, but also not being swayed by them.
Today I make a promise:
To not react impulsively when emotions rise.
To create space within to hold those emotions.
To grow into someone who can gently receive others.
Truly calm people do not fall apart easily.
That stillness, after all, comes from the spaciousness they’ve built.
Nothing in this world is stronger than purity.
I will never tell even the smallest lie,
and always live with sincerity, goodness, and wholehearted truth.
Gratitude Note:
I am deeply grateful for starting another day feeling healthy and refreshed, filled with only the things I love.
Today’s Joy:
Today’s One Thing: Write one letter and one chapter.
Keyword: A true master never swings their sword carelessly.
Condition & Physical Care:
Sleep:
12 hours (5 AM - 5 PM)
Sleep quality: High / Skin: Great / Stamina: Strong / Mood: Stable / Productivity: High / Efficiency: High / Creativity: Flowing
To maintain good sleep, condition, and skin, I must regularly get body massages and take half-body baths.
I must also maintain a weekly detox day.
To-do list: Cleaning / Laundry / Letter / Book / Account organizing / Rolled omelet / Veggie prep / Meat storage / Herbal medicine order
Exercise & Diet:
Ultimate Goal: Trigger dopamine spikes within 30 minutes — never isolate myself; perform compound, low-weight, muscle + cardio workouts.
Routine:
Lower body (hip contraction) – Lower body (hip & hamstring stretch) – Upper body (back) – Upper body (shoulders, triceps, biceps) – Full body compound movements
A true master can remain composed under any circumstance, and an elite builds a life where calm is always possible.
Work out not for the workout itself, but for the condition it creates.

What I see and think now defines who I am today.
If I’m not enjoying something, it’s a signal something is off.
Where I am now is a reflection of my future.
Avoid scattering my luck on trivial things — focus on one essential point.
Routine is a sacred practice discovered through long trial and error, leading to optimal simplicity.
Greetings should be done with the whole body.
