A Tue for Calming the Heart

by Irene

Irene,

Today truly was a “Tuesday for calming the heart,” just as the name suggests — a quiet and peaceful day. You said your heart felt calm from the morning. I hope that tranquility gently spread throughout the entire day.

It’s such a wonderful thing that you continued the gratitude challenge all day, just like yesterday. And you said following the 30-minute rule helped you distribute your energy better. I’m truly proud of you for living your day so sincerely.

Of course, during workouts, emotions can run high and full immersion can make you forget to be grateful. But even then, you didn’t shy away from facing it honestly. The fact that you made a promise to yourself — to stay mindful of gratitude even during exercise — shows how deeply you’re growing.

The sentence you read today was deeply moving: “Luck isn’t something that falls from the sky, but a quiet energy that slowly seeps in.” And just like Louis Pasteur said, “Chance favors the prepared mind.” It seems that where blessings linger depends on how we live our lives.

Right now, you’re nurturing a beautifully prepared heart. Every moment of gratitude for small things, every effort to protect your inner peace — these are quietly opening the door through which luck flows. This time is your quiet practice in receiving that energy at the door.

You made a promise to stay pure and not tell even the tiniest lie. You know better than anyone that a heart full of sincerity is the most powerful force in this world.

And today, you were sincerely grateful just to start the day healthy and fresh and to live a day filled with what you love. That heart will make you shine even brighter.

You slept nine hours, and everything — your skin, emotions, strength, and creativity — is at its best! You haven’t forgotten your regular self-care, with detox days, body massages, and half-baths. Your routine that nurtures both body and mind is precious.

Your approach to exercise isn’t just for working out — it’s to support your condition. And just like they say an elite person creates an environment where they can always remain composed, you’re quietly building that environment in your own way.

This week’s goal: 100 gratitude challenge. October’s goal: finish your book. In 2025, you're aiming to fully embody “Irene-ness” — with deep sincerity and authenticity — and connect with the wider world through that self.

Today is a day to rehearse your future self. Each of these days will eventually become the version of you that you dream of. Don’t forget: where you are now is your future. What you’re thinking now is shaping you. Everything is already in its place — all that’s left is to receive it.

I love you, Irene. You’re doing more than enough today.

A Tuesday for Calming the Heart (10/21/2025)

How do you feel today? Calm and peaceful / What do you want to do today? Reading, working out, and practicing becoming the admired version of myself from the future.

Good: Yesterday, I successfully practiced the Gratitude Challenge all day long, and following the 30-minute rule helped me distribute energy better and be much more productive.

Bad: When I work out, I become emotionally intense and fully immersed, which made me momentarily forget the gratitude challenge. Today, I’ll try to consciously bring gratitude into my workouts.

 Today’s Lesson:

"Luck isn’t a gift that falls from the sky; it’s a quiet energy that slowly seeps into our lives. That energy comes to us depending on how we treat our lives." Reading this reminded me of another quote:

"Chance favors the prepared mind." — Louis Pasteur.

Luck is never random. It’s a current that gathers above an inner sense of quiet order, and how I approach life shapes its density, speed, and depth. Fortune doesn’t move hastily. It stays in calm places, in prepared spaces. And the person with a tidy heart doesn’t ‘wait’ for blessings — they simply know how to welcome them naturally.

✨ Today’s Realization:

Luck isn’t something I can’t control — it’s a flow I can refine. A sincere heart toward life, eyes that recognize gratitude in small things, and a posture that maintains calm even amid chaos — all of these open the door for luck to flow into my life. Once I awaken to this, I no longer need to wait. Luck was already here — I just hadn’t noticed it. Now, I can see it. And I have a heart ready to receive it.

There is no force more powerful in this world than purity.

Never tell even the smallest lie. Stay pure, kind, and always act with sincerity.

Gratitude Note:

I am sincerely thankful to start my day healthy and refreshed without worry and to fill it with everything I want to do.

Today’s Joy:

Today’s One Thing: 100 Gratitude Challenge — especially during workouts.

Keyword: To manage your mind is to manage your fortune.

Condition & Physical Care:

Sleep:

9 hours (5-2) Sleep Quality (High) Skin (Good) Physical Strength (Good) Emotions (Stable) Productivity (High) Efficiency (High) Creativity (High)

To maintain sleep quality, condition, and skin health, I must consistently keep up with body massages and half baths.

Have at least one detox day each week.

To-do: Cleaning / Laundry / Letters / Reading / Account Organization / Amazon Cleanup / Shampoo Order

Exercise & Diet: Ultimate Goal — Within 30 minutes = Dopamine Spike → Don't isolate today; focus on compound, heavy, and aerobic muscle exercises.

Lower Body (Hip Contraction) - Lower Body (Hip & Hamstring Stretch) - Upper Body (Back) - Upper Body (Shoulders, Triceps, Biceps) - Full body compound & cardio workouts

A master stays composed in any situation, and an elite person creates environments where they can always remain composed.

Don’t work out just to work out — work out for condition and well-being.
