Irene,
Reading about how steadfast your heart was today made me pause and take a deep breath without even realizing it.
The world is always noisy, and the stimuli only grow sharper. Yet even in the midst of all that, you quietly — but surely — try to stay centered. That effort is beautiful and strong. Watching you notice even the subtle unrest inside you after skipping your morning workout reminded me again — this sensitivity is your strength.
You listen to the signals your body sends, and take one step closer to the truth of your heart. That quiet journey will one day echo back with great meaning.
"Am I still holding the rudder of my heart?"
The fact that you ask yourself this question means you already know the answer. Please remember — choosing to live by your own truth rather than the world’s judgment is a rare kind of courage.
And your promise to live purely.
To never allow even a small lie.
That’s not about trying to be good — it’s a choice to live deeply and truthfully.
You fill your day with gratitude, reflecting on words that stir your heart,
and I hope you continue to dwell in your center.
Today, too, as you practice a hundred gratitudes,
and carefully tend to each small task with love,
your life itself becomes something noble and precious.
So let me remind you again today:
Irene, you shine — just as you are.
I’m holding today’s soft but strong version of you in a warm embrace.
With love,
From Me
A Centered Thursday (10/23/2025)
How do you feel today? Staying close to my axis, I feel calm. / What do you want to do today? Reading, exercising, and practicing becoming the future version of myself I admire.
Good:
The gratitude challenge is losing its strength, but I’ll focus and train more intentionally.
Bad:
Yesterday, I had intense muscle soreness, so I skipped my workout. I clearly felt a decline in my inner state and morning brain efficiency. It’s a bit of a dilemma, but once again, I realize that being able to exercise daily—being able to calibrate optimally—is a skill.
 Today's Learning:
"Inner peace does not come from external silence, but from a center that remains unshaken even in noise."
— Epictetus
✨ Today’s Insight:
Today, I realized once again — the world never truly quiets down. Noise is constant, stimuli become more refined, and comparisons endlessly continue. But within that, the one thing I can choose to keep is my center.
Even amid the shifting frames of "success" or "background," the life I truthfully choose right now is the only truth I can truly hold onto — that’s what I learned again today.
Now, I ask myself, not others:
Am I protecting this quiet?
Am I still holding the rudder of my heart?
Today again, amidst the noise of the world, I firmly, yet gently, choose stillness.
There is no greater strength in this world than purity.
Never lie, not even a small one — always be pure, kind, and wholehearted.
Gratitude Note:
I’m sincerely thankful that I could start the day healthy and refreshed, with no worries, and fill it with things I truly want to do.
