Letting Go Thursday

by Irene

Irene,

Today truly felt like a "Thursday of letting go" — quiet, grounded, and steady.

I’m proud of how you returned to input after a few days of writing and output. The way you structure your process, honor your rhythms, and acknowledge your own efforts is such a precious quality.

More than anything, today’s learning truly resonated.

"Truth always sits in the quietest place." You understood today that unless you make space for it, no amount of striving will bring truth to you. Your reflection — that releasing is not a loss but a powerful, quiet choice — felt so strong and brave.

Your vow to live purely, to never tell even the smallest lie, is beautiful and deeply appreciated. That heart will only make you stronger, more at peace. Starting your day in health and calm, filling it with things that bring you joy — those are small miracles, and you’ve quietly collected them again today.

The 100 Gratitude Challenge — how endearing! You’ve learned that the moment you speak your efforts aloud, even hard things feel lighter. That insight is proof of your growth.

You’ve slept well, your skin glows, your emotions are grounded, and you’re staying true to your workout routine. The care you give to your body and soul is full of sincerity. And the way you approach fitness — not for the sake of performance, but for maintaining your condition — is deeply admirable.

Just like your realization today, what you see and think right now is what shapes who you are in the present. So keep going, steady and centered, just like you are now. You infuse heart into even the smallest things — surely, the days ahead will shine just as beautifully.

Irene, this moment is already enough. And to the you who lived today with so much care, I truly want to say — thank you.

With love,

Irene

Letting Go Thursday (10/30/2025)

How are you feeling today? Calm.

What do you want to do today? Reading, exercising, practicing becoming the future version of myself that I admire.

Good:

Until yesterday, I was writing productively, and now it's time to shift back into structural analysis and input. For the past three days, I’ve maintained a consistent and efficient output. I did so well — truly proud of myself.

Bad:

Nothing.

 Today’s Learning:

"Truth always sits in the quietest place. If we don’t create that space, no matter how hard we try, we cannot face it."

Today’s Insight:

Today, I learned that letting go isn’t a simple act of giving up — it’s the quietest and strongest choice I can make for myself. Rather than striving to fill more, life begins to speak to me only when I start considering what I can release.

There is no force in this world as strong as purity.

Never tell even the smallest lie. Always remain pure, kind, and sincere.

Gratitude Note:

I am sincerely thankful that I can start the day healthy and refreshed, and that I can live a day filled with the things I truly want.

Today’s Joy:

Today’s One Thing: 100 Gratitude Challenge

Keyword: The moment I speak it aloud, the effort feels lighter.

Condition & Physical Management:

Sleep:

8 hours (9–5) Sleep quality: High / Skin: Good / Physical energy: High / Emotions: Stable / Productivity: High / Efficiency: High / Creativity: High

To maintain sleep quality, overall condition, and healthy skin, I must regularly continue body massages and half-baths.

Detox days must be maintained at least once a week.

Chores: Cleaning / Laundry / Letter writing / Reading / Recall emails

Exercise & Diet:

Ultimate goal: Dopamine spike within 30 minutes — ensure I do not isolate today; focus on compound, high-weight, multi-joint muscular & cardio training.

Lower body (glute contraction) → Lower body (glute & hamstring stretch) → Upper body (back) → Upper body (shoulders, triceps, biceps) → Full-body compound & cardio workout

A master remains calm in any situation.

An elite creates an environment where they can always remain calm.

Exercise not just for the sake of it, but for maintaining condition.

* This week’s goal: 100 Gratitude Challenge

* October’s goal: Finish my book

* 2025 Goal: Finish my book / Fully embody the “30-minute rule” as part of my identity

Train to grow in character to become Irene — pure, kind, respectful, humble, composed, elegant, and genuinely sincere to the soul. Increase external activities. Shift time, people, and environment. Become a billionaire.

Practice:

Act as if you’ve already achieved it — today is a rehearsal for your future self.

Flow like water, naturally.

The true art of love is not about technique.

The true art of conversation is not about technique.

What I see now, and what I think now, shapes who I am in the present.

When you’re not enjoying something, it’s a sign that something in the system is off.

Where I am right now is my future.

Focus solely on one thing so that my luck doesn’t get dispersed on useless things.

Routine is a sacred act that finds optimal simplicity through long trials and errors.

Greet with your whole body.

Your mindset is your posture.

Silence. Moderation. Immersion.
