I'm excited to start a new month.


What would you like to do today?

Read, exercise, and practice being the future version of myself that I admire.


Good:

I’ve been scheduling my week tightly, focusing on productivity, and not giving space for unnecessary thoughts. It feels like another step toward growth. Well done!


Bad:

When I delay tasks that require emotional effort, they tend to feel more overwhelming later. But when I finally tackle them, they often turn out to be nothing. I’m learning that handling these tasks sooner brings emotional stability.

Ultimate goal: 30-minute dopamine spike - compound movements - low weight deadlifts - muscle endurance cardio, Pilates stretching.


A true expert can handle any situation calmly, and an elite person creates an environment where they can remain composed.

Exercise for well-being, not just for fitness.


Growth Journal:

This week’s goal: Spend an entire day at Four Seasons.

February goal: Start a new routine and engage in outdoor activities at least once a week.


2025 goal: Become Irene, pure in soul, kind, polite, humble, calm, and elegant. Train for personal growth, increase outdoor activities, change time, people, and spaces, and become a billionaire.


Training:

Act as though you’ve already achieved it. Today is the time to practice being the future version of myself.

Like water flowing naturally.
