Sunday flowing naturally like water (02/02/2025)


How do you feel today?

Everything is flowing naturally like water, and my mind feels peaceful.


What do you want to do today?

Read, exercise, practice being the person I admire in the future.


Good:

Yesterday, I needed muscle rest, so I took a break from exercising and calmly caught up on tasks that had piled up. I feel refreshed, like my life has been cleaned and organized.


Bad:

Through yesterday's experience, I learned that prioritizing difficult tasks and handling them first can relieve mental burdens.


Learning:

Even if someone shows something differently than we expect, if we can respect the way they show it, our minds will be much more at ease. The important thing is that you put your heart into writing the letter, and you enjoyed the process. That in itself is already meaningful.


Gratitude note:

I sincerely thank the universe for allowing me to start today with health and freshness, living a day filled with things I want to do, without worry.

For the quality of sleep, skin, and physical condition, I must regularly maintain body massages and half-body baths.

I should also keep a detox day once a week without fail.


Exercise and Diet:

Ultimate Goal: Within 30 minutes = Dopamine spike = Split exercises – Multi-joint movements = Light Deadlifts – Muscle cardio, Pilates stretching


A master can remain calm in any situation, and an elite creates an environment where they can always be at ease.

Exercise for conditioning, not just for fitness.

This week’s goal: Spend a whole day at the Four Seasons.

February Goal: Start a new routine and go out for an outdoor activity at least once a week.


2025 Goal: Work on personal growth to become an Irene who is pure to the soul, kind, polite, humble, calm, elegant, and sincere. Focus on increasing external activities, changing time, relationships, and space, and become a billionaire.


Training:

Act as if you have already achieved it – today is a time to practice the future version of myself.

What I see now and the thoughts I have now shape who I am today.

If there’s something I can’t enjoy, it’s a signal that something is wrong.
