A More Productive Routine Execution on Friday (01/31/2025)


How do you feel today?


I am maintaining inner peace by calmly executing my routine.


What do you want to do today?


Reading, exercising, and practicing embodying my ideal future self.


Good:


I am spending my day more productively, avoiding unnecessary distractions, and maintaining inner peace. Well done!


Bad:


None.


Lesson:


This is exactly what we need to do. We must realize that habitual actions alone will not yield the desired results. We need to understand how to change our actions, and we must do so in the same way they were created—through repetition.


Gratitude Note:


I am sincerely grateful for starting another day feeling healthy and refreshed, free of worries, and being able to fill my day with things I truly want to do.

Tighten my schedule so that there is no room for idle thoughts, executing my routine more rigorously.

To maintain sleep quality, condition, and skin health, I must regularly incorporate body massages and half-baths.
I must maintain a detox day at least once a week.


Exercise & Diet


Ultimate Goal:

Within 30 minutes = Dopamine spike

Two-part split = Compound movements

Low-weight deadlifts = Muscle cardio + Pilates stretching



A master remains composed in any situation. An elite creates an environment where they can always remain composed.
I will work out not for the sake of exercising but for the sake of maintaining my condition.
