A Tuesday of Peaceful Acceptance of What Cannot Be Changed (01/28/2025)
How are you feeling today?
My mind is peaceful.
What would you like to do today?
Reading, exercising, practicing becoming the ideal version of myself in the future.
Good:
At times, I became anxious by clinging to things I couldn't control, but through reflecting on wisdom, I regained my inner peace. I did well.
Bad:
There’s nothing bad.
Lesson:
Grant me the peace to accept things I cannot change, the courage to change what I can, and the wisdom to know the difference. What I need to understand in this statement is that in order to achieve greater success, happiness, and wealth, I should not waste time on things that cannot be changed. Instead, I should have the courage to challenge things I can change. I must have the wisdom to recognize what can and cannot be changed in each moment of life. Therefore, do not try to control others or dwell on the results of actions already taken. The energy and time spent on things that cannot be changed will disappear. Live praying for the wisdom to always distinguish between the two. If you achieve this, you will live a richer, happier, and healthier life than I do now. - Ed Mylett
Gratitude Note:
I sincerely thank you for allowing me to start my day healthy and refreshed, without worries, and live a day filled with things I want to do.
Today’s Joy:
Today’s one thing: Actively train to visualize.
Today’s three words: Positive Focus – Repetition = Subconscious – Replace Negativity.
Today’s Enlightenment:
What thoughts will tomorrow’s me have when I look back at the decisions I make today?
After completing a full morning routine, start organizing.
Take breaks every 30 minutes without fail.
There is no stronger force in the world than purity.
Never tell even the smallest lie and always be pure, kind, and sincere.
Tasks: Calendar, cleaning, laundry, assignments, exercise book, school emails, thank-you letters, Amazon returns, political assignment shot, gift purchase for carrying.
Condition and Physical Management:
Sleep:
9 hours (2-11) Sleep quality (high), Skin (high), Physical condition (high), Emotions (high), Productivity (high), Efficiency (high), Creativity (high).
For sleep quality, condition, and skin, regular body massages and half-body baths should be maintained.
Detox day should be maintained at least once a week.
Exercise and Diet:
Ultimate goal: Dopamine spike within 30 minutes = compound exercises with low weight deadlifting = muscle endurance and Pilates stretching.
A master can handle any situation with ease, and an elite creates an environment where they can always be at ease.
Exercise for condition, not just for exercise.

This week’s goal: Spend the whole day at Four Seasons.
January goal: Start outdoor activities with a new routine.
2025 Goal: Train for personality growth to become a pure, kind, polite, humble, calm, and dignified Irene with sincerity and authenticity. Increase outdoor activities. Change time, people, and space. Become a billionaire.
Practice:
Act as if you have already achieved it—today is the time to practice becoming the future version of yourself. Flow naturally like water.
The true art of love is not using techniques.
The true art of conversation is not using techniques.
What I see now and what I am thinking now determines who I am.
If I cannot enjoy something, it is a signal that something is going wrong.
Where I am now is my future.
Focus on one thing so that my energy is not scattered on unnecessary things.
Routine is a sacred act of finding optimal simplicity through old trial and error.
Greetings should be made with the whole body.
My mental attitude is my physical attitude.
Silence, moderation, immersion.
