Monday: Starting a New Life Framework (01/27/2025)


How do you feel today?
Excited to begin a new week. I feel like something wonderful is going to happen.


What do you want to do today?
Reading, exercising, and practicing becoming the admired version of myself.


Good:

Maintaining balance with diet and exercise to keep my condition optimal.


Bad:

I must eat at least three bananas daily, preferably consuming most of them in the morning.


Learning:

Remember: Your subconscious mind cannot distinguish between merely visualizing a wealthy life and actually living one. It accepts your vision as fact. Repeating the concept of wealth you create will integrate it into your belief system, bringing positive influence. Remember? You see what you believe.

Complete a perfect morning routine and start organizing.

Take a break every 30 minutes.

Purity is the strongest force in the world.

Never lie, not even a small one; always remain pure, kind, and genuine.

To maintain quality sleep, condition, and skin health, regular body massages and half-body baths are essential. Detox days must be kept at least once a week.


Diet & Exercise:


Ultimate Goal:

Within 30 minutes = dopamine spike

Split routine – multi-joint exercises

Low-weight deadlifting

Muscle cardio, Pilates stretching



A master remains composed in any situation. An elite creates an environment where composure is always possible.
Exercise not just for the sake of exercising but to maintain overall condition.


Weekly Goal:

Spend an entire day at the Four Seasons.


January Goal:

Begin external activities with a new routine.


2025 Goal:

Train for personal growth to become a pure, kind, courteous, humble, calm, graceful, and sincere person.



Increase external activities

Change time, people, and space.

Become a billionaire.



Practice:



Act as if you’ve already achieved it – today is a time to practice being my future self.

Flow naturally, like water.

True mastery of love and conversation lies in being uncontrived.

What I see and think now defines my present self.

If I can’t enjoy something, it’s a sign something is wrong.

Where I am now determines my future.

Avoid dispersing luck on trivial matters—focus on one thing.

outine is a sacred act of refining simplicity through trial and error.

Greet with your whole body.

Mindset shapes posture.

Silence, balance, and immersion.
