Finding the Answer That Fits Me on Sunday (01/26/2025)
How do you feel today?
After putting in my best effort yesterday to recover my condition, I feel refreshed today.
What do you want to do today?
Read, exercise, and practice becoming the version of myself I admire in the future.
Good:
I realized that my condition drastically dropped due to the food I ate, but I managed my diet well yesterday, so I’ve recovered today.
Bad:
Dwelling on possible bad things is like wishing for them to happen. This is the opposite of visualization. When you worry about things you don't have, it prevents you from focusing on what you truly want. -Bob Proctor
Learning:
To see what you want, you must internalize it. You must believe in what you are trying to achieve. Only then can it be realized. In other words, wealthy people follow the motto, "You see what you believe." The only difference between you and a billionaire is the mindset of wealth, and the foundation of that mindset is belief. -Bob Proctor
Gratitude Note:
Today, I am sincerely grateful that I can start my day healthy and refreshed without any worries, and that my day is filled with the things I want to do.

After completing my full morning routine, start organizing:
Be careful not to apply oil around your eyes.
Take a break every 30 minutes without fail.
There is no stronger force in the world than purity.
Never tell even a small lie; always be pure, good, and sincere.

Sleep:
10 hours (2 AM to 12 PM)
Sleep quality: Excellent
Skin: Excellent
Physical condition: Excellent
Emotions: Excellent
Productivity: Excellent
Efficiency: Excellent
Creativity: Excellent
For the quality of sleep, condition, and skin, I must regularly maintain body massages and half-body baths.
A detox day should be maintained at least once a week.
Exercise and Diet:
Ultimate Goal: Within 30 minutes = Dopamine spike = Perfect split = Compound movements only – No isolation – Low-weight deadlifting – Muscle aerobics, Pilates, stretching.
An expert can handle any situation calmly, and an elite creates an environment where they can always remain calm.
Let’s exercise not just for the sake of working out, but for maintaining condition.

January goal: Start outdoor activities with a new routine.
2025 goal:
Become Irene, pure to the soul, kind, polite, humble, calm, graceful, with sincerity and authenticity. Practice character development, increase outdoor activities, change time, people, and space, and become a billionaire.
Training:
Act as if you have already achieved it – today is a time to practice the future version of yourself.
Flow naturally like water.

What I am thinking and seeing right now is shaping the person I am becoming.
If I cannot enjoy something, it is a sign that something is going wrong.
