Compliment Yourself on Sat

Compliment Yourself on This Saturday (01/25/2025)

How do you feel today?

My body feels heavy, and my head is foggy, but I’ll try to go through my routine mechanically today.

What do you want to do today?

Read, exercise, practice becoming the future person I admire.

Good:

Yesterday, I felt great and was able to complete all the tasks I had been putting off. Well done!

Bad:

I think my condition was poor because I didn’t get enough magnesium yesterday and ate outside food. It made me realize how healthy homemade food can be. "You are what you eat."

Lesson:

We need to make beautiful choices. If we want to become beautiful, we must make beautiful choices. Also, if we pursue pleasure, that pleasure fades quickly, but the shame lingers. On the other hand, when we pursue virtue, the difficult tasks or self-discipline may end quickly, but the pride stays. Therefore, when considering the choices we need to make during the day, we should ask ourselves: Are we making the difficult, right, and beautiful choices? Am I making a beautiful choice right now? When we make beautiful choices, we become beautiful.

Gratitude Journal:

I am truly grateful for being able to start my day healthily and refreshingly, without worries, and live a day filled with the things I want to do.

Today’s Joy:

Today’s One Thing: Finish my routine mechanically and then rest.

Today’s 3 Words: Compliment, Silence, Moderation, Focus

Today’s Insight:

Before speaking, ask yourself: "Is it better not to say this?" The restraint and wisdom of silence are powerful. At a dinner table where everyone was talking, he just sat quietly. Eventually, someone asked, "Why aren’t you speaking? Are you foolish?" He replied, "If I were foolish, I wouldn’t have been able to stay silent this long." We need to understand that we must always be learning, reading, and absorbing knowledge. Listening teaches us much more than speaking. We often regret what we say, not what we don’t say. Therefore, it is important to put our ego aside, not try to prove how smart we are, not fill awkward silences, and focus on listening and understanding. By doing so, we can find something important every day. When we are always talking and producing noise, we miss all the lessons. Stoic philosophers emphasize cultivating humility and striving for openness and awareness. This is an essential part of Stoic philosophy.

Post-Complete Morning Routine Start:

Be careful not to get oil around your eyes.

Take breaks every 30 minutes.

Always eat a banana after meals.

There is no stronger force in this world than purity.

Never tell even the smallest lie, and always be pure, good, and sincere.

To-Do List:

Calendar, Cleaning, Laundry, Gratitude Letters, Tasks, Whole Foods, Ironing

Condition and Fitness Management:

Sleep:

11 hours (1-12), Sleep quality (Medium), Skin (Good), Physical condition (Good), Emotions (Good), Productivity (Medium), Efficiency (Good), Creativity (Good).

For sleep quality, condition, and skin, regular body massages and half-body baths must be maintained.

A detox day should be maintained at least once a week.

Exercise and Diet:

Ultimate Goal: 30 minutes = Pilates = Perfect split = Full-body – No isolation exercises – Compound lifts = Low weight deadlifts – Muscle endurance and Pilates stretching.

Mastery:

A master can deal with any situation calmly, and an elite creates an environment where calmness can always be maintained.

Let’s exercise for fitness, not just for the sake of exercise.

Growth Diary, Self-Development, Self-Management:

This Week’s Goal: Spend an entire day at the Four Seasons.

January Goal: Start outdoor activities with a new routine.

2025 Goal: Become Irene, a pure, kind, polite, humble, calm, graceful person by practicing character growth, increasing outdoor activities, changing time, people, and space, and becoming a billionaire.

Training:

Act as if you’ve already achieved it – today is the time to practice your future self.

Flow naturally like water.

True love’s skill is not using any technique.

True conversation skill is not using any technique.

What I see now, what I’m thinking now, determines who I am.

If something I can’t enjoy is happening, it’s a sign that something is going wrong.

Where I am now is where my future is.

Don’t let my luck be dispersed on unnecessary things. Focus on one thing.

A routine is a holy act of finding optimal simplicity through old trial and error.

Greetings are done with the whole body.

My mindset is my posture.

Silence, Moderation, Focus.
