A Very Pleasant Thursday (01/23/2025)
How do you feel today?
I reflected and centered myself, and my mind became peaceful.
What do you want to do today?
Reading, exercising, practicing being the person I admire in the future.
Good:
I did an excellent job with the silence training at school and tried to act as slowly and calmly as possible.
Bad:
I was focusing on things I couldn't control, which made me feel difficult. I applied the wisdom of accepting what I can't control naturally, like water flowing, and found peace in my mind.
Learning:
A life without plans is chaotic. If we don't have rules, practices, or standards we've set for ourselves, we live just as things come. Living this way inevitably causes problems. On the other hand, if we have clear rules and standards, our decisions and lives become much easier. The Stoic principle is to take charge of the morning. In other words, we should consider it another form of good fortune that we wake up every morning. This means we should wake up early, avoid falling into the trap of phones or what others want from us, and instead act intentionally and actively—writing journals, taking walks, and focusing on important tasks. By doing so, we always focus on what is in front of us. If we win the morning, we've already won a significant part of the day. Winning the day is a big achievement because our lives are made up of each day.

Gratitude Note:
I sincerely thank you for allowing me to start today without any worries, feeling healthy and refreshed, and living a day filled with the things I desire.
Today's Enjoyment:
Today's One Thing: Acting slowly and calmly
Today's 3 Words: Expectation = Waste = Schedule / Gentle smile + Forward + Good + Joy + Utilization
Today's Realization:
The Stoic principle is to focus on what we can control. This is the most fundamental part of philosophy. Some things are within our control, and others are not. If we don't know the difference, we lose our way. Since we have limited energy, focusing on things we cannot control—like what others say, what others do, events that have already happened, or things that might happen in the distant future—causes us to neglect what we can do right here and now. There isn't much we can control, but how we respond to our opinions, emotions, actions, and what has already happened is up to us. Therefore, mastering the dichotomy of control is crucial. It’s important to have the courage to change what we can and the wisdom to accept what we cannot. I focus on my responsibilities and leave the rest to others. We should only focus on what we can control.

The Foundation of Wisdom is Moderation:
I overdid it with the half-body bath, which harmed my condition. I’ll stick to doing it three times a week.
On days with school classes, I must wear warm clothes, go to the gym, and make sure to eat a snack in between.
Start organizing after completing a complete morning routine.
Take breaks every 30 minutes.
After meals, always eat a banana.
Apply body butter and oil for faster absorption.
Don’t leave all assignments for one day; work on one subject at a time to reduce stress.
Nothing is as powerful as purity.
Never tell even the smallest lie and always act with sincerity, purity, kindness, and truth.

To maintain sleep quality, condition, and skin, regular body massages and half-body baths are essential.
Detox day must be maintained at least once a week.
Exercise and Diet:
Ultimate Goal: 30 minutes = Dopamine Spike = Perfect Split = Full-Body, Multi-Joint, Low-Weight Deadlifts = Muscle + Cardio, Pilates, Stretching
A true expert can handle any situation calmly, and an elite creates an environment where they can always be calm.
Let’s exercise not for the sake of exercise but for the sake of our condition.
