Excited heart to start a new week (01/20/2025)
How do you feel today?
I feel excited because it's the first day of a new week. It feels like something good is about to happen.
What do you want to do today?
Read, exercise, practice becoming the person I admire in the future.
Good:
I’m feeling great today, adjusting my exercise and routine according to my condition, without overdoing it.
Bad:
There is nothing bad.
Learning:
Keep learning and exploring. The most difficult thing in the world is thinking. People are curious about other people's lives and ways of thinking based on the wisdom and knowledge they have. If you want to see widely, think deeply. We are influenced by fate in mental and moral phenomena that we don't intentionally think about. These appear and disappear in our daily lives, becoming objects of change, fear, and hope. But through intellect, truth separated from these no longer gets swept up in the vortex of fate. We look at it like a god, transcending worries and fears. We must seek the person who conveys the truth, put on our shoes, and explore the green earth. At that moment, we will realize that listening is greater than speaking. Happy people are listeners, and unhappy people are speakers. There is an ancient saying: "Silence helps us become great and universal people." Learning has no end. The more you learn, the more you see, so keep learning with interest.
Ralph Waldo Emerson
Gratitude Notes:
I sincerely thank for being able to start another day healthy and refreshed, living a day filled with things I desire, without any worries.
Today’s Joy:
Today's one thing: Act as if I have already achieved it and spend the day.
Today's three words: 3G = Time, Space, Human = Identity = Reset
Today’s Awakening:
Do not imitate others, but stick to yourself. If you imitate someone else's talent, it’s only a temporary solution, and it's only half of that person. No one knows what the best course of action is until they complete it. So go alone, like the horn of a rhinoceros. A person becomes strong and victorious only when they stand alone, cutting off external support. The more others support you, the weaker you become. In constant change, the only solid pillar that will support you from your surroundings is yourself. Nothing but yourself will bring you peace.
Ralph Waldo Emerson
The root of wisdom is the middle way.
Overdoing things like half-body baths has been ruining my condition. I will limit it to three times a week.
Do not procrastinate assignments; it’s better to do one subject at a time to reduce the burden.
There is no greater force in this world than purity. Never tell even a small lie, and always be pure, kind, and sincere.

Condition and Fitness Management:
Sleep:
9 hours (2-11)
Sleep quality (high)
Skin (high)
Fitness (high)
Emotions (high)
Productivity (high)
Efficiency (high)
Creativity (high)
To maintain sleep quality, condition, and skin, I need to regularly keep body massages and half-body baths. Detox days should be maintained at least once a week.
Exercise and Diet:
Perfect split = Upper body = Triceps, Biceps – Absolute muscle recovery, no isolation stimulation – Multi-joint exercises = Low weight deadlifts – Muscle cardio, Pilates stretching – within 30 minutes.
A master can deal with any situation calmly, and an elite creates an environment where they can always be relaxed.
Let’s exercise not for exercise’s sake, but for condition.

Training:
Act as if you have already achieved it – today is the time to practice my future self.
Flow naturally like water.
True love is not using techniques.
True conversation is not using techniques.
What I see now, and the thoughts I have now, decide who I am.
If something is not enjoyable, it’s a sign that something is going wrong.
The place I am in now is my future.
Do not let your energy be scattered in useless things; focus on one thing.
Routine is a sacred act of finding the optimal simplicity through trial and error.
Greeting is done with the whole body.
The posture of the mind is the posture of the body.
Silence, moderation, immersion.
