How are you feeling today?
I’m happy because I had a complete rest and feel in top condition.
What do you want to do today?
Reading, exercising, and practicing to become the admired version of my future self.
Good:
Yesterday, I struggled with constant conflicts, but I managed to recharge my energy with complete rest and started the day feeling refreshed. Complete rest is the ultimate self-care. You did a great job.
Bad:
None.
Learning:
Those who achieve true wealth do not care about what others think of them, what others believe, or how others live. Even when others call their challenges crazy, even when they dedicate time and investment to something, and even when they’re told no one has succeeded in such a challenge, they press on without concern.
A reasonable person adapts themselves to the world, while an unreasonable person insists on adapting the world to themselves. Therefore, all progress comes from unreasonable people.
Don’t listen to voices of others who haven’t tried. Don’t give them the opportunity to speak. Don’t ask—just move forward.
Gratitude Note:
I am truly thankful to start the day healthy and refreshed, without any worries, and to fill my day with the things I desire.
Today’s Joy:
Today’s One Thing: Don’t doubt or ask—just enjoy every moment.
Three Words for Today: Joy = Problem Solving = Happiness, Sadness - Success, Failure - All Emotions
Today’s Realization:
Like the saying, “Fall seven times, rise eight,” they get up again no matter how many times they fall or break. In fact, as mentioned earlier, they feel exhilaration when they fall and even a sense of stability. This is because failure means they attempted a challenge slightly beyond their abilities. Failure becomes a proud scar of glory.
To keep moving forward, don’t be a maximalist chasing everything; instead, be a minimalist pursuing a few essential things.
Don’t mistake a busy daily life for a productive one. Don’t confuse moving a lot with growth. Many people lead productive, focused lives by chasing one important thing each day that they desire and saying no to other things.
Humans can achieve anything but not everything. Living a busy life to achieve everything is the shortcut to achieving nothing.
Remember this: moving and trying harder isn’t always the best way. What matters more is prioritization.
Remember these three sentences:
Don’t strive to be the smartest person wherever you go.
The future me is created by the books I read today.
Dream big, start small, and act now!
Wisdom lies in balance.
Don’t overdo half-body baths to the point of ruining your condition. Limit it to three times a week.
Avoid cramming all assignments into one day. Tackling one subject per day will feel less overwhelming.
There’s no force in this world stronger than purity.
Never tell even the smallest lie. Always be pure, good, and sincere.
Key Activities:
Gratitude for benefactors, three-word reflections, cleaning, laundry, nails, finishing a book on control, writing reviews, and expressing thanks for contact lenses.
Condition & Physical Management:
Sleep:
10 hours (2 AM–12 PM)
Sleep Quality: Excellent
Skin: Excellent
Physical Strength: Excellent
Emotion: Excellent
Productivity: Excellent
Efficiency: Excellent
Creativity: Excellent
To maintain good sleep quality, condition, and skin, make sure to stick to regular body massages and half-body baths.
Maintain a detox day at least once a week.
Exercise and Diet:
Perfectly divided into two sessions: avoid isolated movements that prevent full recovery. Focus on compound exercises with low weights (e.g., deadlifting).
Incorporate muscle-building cardio, Pilates, and stretching, all within 30 minutes.
A master handles any situation with composure, while an elite creates an environment of constant ease.
Exercise not for the sake of exercising but for the sake of your condition.

Flow naturally like water.
The art of true love lies in not employing techniques.
The art of true conversation lies in not employing techniques.
What I see now and what I think now define who I am at present.
If I can’t enjoy something, it’s a signal that something is wrong.
Where I am now determines my future.
Don’t let your luck scatter over trivial things; focus solely on one thing.
Routine is a sacred act of discovering the optimal simplicity through years of trial and error.
Greet with your whole body.
Your mindset is your posture.
Silence, balance, immersion.
