*Flowing Naturally Like Water – Thursday (01/16/2025)
How do you feel today?
Yesterday, the quality of my sleep was excellent, so when I woke up today, I felt like I was reborn, ready to start the day.
What do you want to do today?
Reading, exercising, practicing to become the person I admire in the future.
Good:
Yesterday, there was a bit of tension at school, but I remained calm and attended the class well. I also completed my silence training successfully.
Bad:
I wish I hadn’t said unnecessary things during the debate. I wonder if I should have stayed quieter. However, I was able to stay more silent than before, and I’m still doing well now.
Learning:
If you want to be exceptional, you have to act differently. People often tell me, "Dan, why do you always overdo everything? Why are you so extra?" To these people, I want to say, "Then you go and look for the ordinary, while I’ve never wanted less or just a little. That’s why I’ve done more than others and moved forward in a bigger way. If you want something special in life, you can’t live in an ordinary way. A life of greatness starts from thinking and acting differently. Wake up earlier, work out while others sleep, and do your work before anyone else. The things that others might consider excessive are the very things that start a special life. If you want a big life, act big and special. Don’t feel sorry for those who think you're doing too much or worry about them. Those small habits create opportunities and make you stand out from them."
Gratitude Journal:
I am truly grateful for the fact that today I started the day healthy and refreshed, living a day filled with the things I desire.
Today's Joy:
Today's one thing: Start with a small English book.
Today's 3 words: Calm = Leisure = Achievement / Loose = Control / Focus, Patience, Consistency, Letting go.
Today's Insight:
Pain is inevitable, but suffering is a choice. Let me make it clear: no matter what kind of life you live or where you are born, everyone carries pain in this world. It's an unavoidable part of life. But feeling loneliness or suffering from that pain is your choice. This happens when your purpose is unclear. When you live with clear goals and a sense of purpose, pain doesn’t lead to suffering or loneliness, because you keep moving forward with action, not hesitation. In other words, if you don’t have a clear reason for overcoming pain, you will suffer and feel lonely.
There is no stronger force in the world than purity.
Never tell even the smallest lie, and always be pure, good, and sincere.

Productivity (excellent)
Efficiency (excellent)
Creativity (excellent)
To maintain good sleep quality, skin, and overall condition, regular body massages and half-body baths should be a priority.
Make sure to keep a detox day at least once a week.
Exercise & Diet:
Split routine – Hamstrings, back posture exercises = Upper body isolation not allowed – Multi-joint = Low weight deadlifts – Muscle, cardio, stretching – Within 30 minutes.
A master can handle any situation with ease, and an elite person always creates an environment where they can stay relaxed.
Let’s focus on conditioning exercises, not just workouts for the sake of working out.
Growth Diary:
Self-Development:
Already act as if you have achieved it.
January Goal: Start outdoor activities with a new routine.
2025 Goal: To become Irene with pure soul, kindness, manners, humility, calmness, dignity, and sincerity. Focus on personality growth training, increase outdoor activities, change time, people, and spaces, and become a billionaire.
Training:
Act as if you’ve already achieved it – Today is the time to practice being the future version of myself.
Flow naturally like water.
The true art of love is not using any techniques.
The true art of conversation is not using techniques.
What I see now and the thoughts I have now determine who I am today.
If you cannot enjoy something, it’s a sign that something is going wrong.
Where I am now is my future.
Don’t let your luck be scattered on unnecessary things; focus on one thing.
Routine is the sacred act of finding the optimal simplicity through old trial and error.
Greetings are to be done with your whole body.
Your mindset is your body posture.
Silence, moderation, immersion.
