How do you feel today?
I had a deep sleep and feel great, so I’m in a fantastic mood.
What do you want to do today?
Read, exercise, practice becoming the future version of myself I admire.
Good:
Yesterday, I was able to calmly complete everything that needed to be done without rushing or obsessing over unnecessary things. I feel like I’m learning how to spend my day with more leisure and calm.
Bad:
Learning:
What you focus on grows in your life. Many people want to have a lot of money and claim to be focusing on money, but how many times do they check their bank balance every day? At least a few times a day, I look at my goals and make sure to focus on them. So, focus on what you want in your daily life. If obstacles or failures come up while working toward something, don’t complain or get frustrated. Complaining and disappointment are also forms of focus. Put all your energy into what you need and what you want.
Gratitude Note:
I’m truly grateful to be able to start my day in good health and feel refreshed, living a day filled with the things I desire.
Today's Joy:
Today's One Thing: Finish my routine as early as possible and prepare for tomorrow’s class.
Today's 3 Words: Insight, Clarity, Happiness, Peace = Focus on the Present - Amazing Future x
Today's Enlightenment:
To succeed, no one else needs to change. Only you need to change. This might sound difficult, but think of it this way: in the race of life, do you want to sit in the driver’s seat or the passenger seat? Many people unknowingly give up the driver’s seat to others. "If my parents helped me more, if my spouse worked harder, if someone motivated me." But one definite fact is that no one needs permission from anyone else to succeed. It can happen even if no one agrees, as long as you want it. When you take full responsibility and believe that everything will change as you change, you will sit in the driver’s seat of your life, holding all the control and moving in the direction you want. Don’t forget, that’s the seat of successful people.
Purity is the strongest force in the world.
Never tell even a tiny lie, always be pure, kind, and sincere.

A master can handle any situation calmly, and an elite creates an environment where they can always remain calm.
