I may be slightly shaken, but I am striving to maintain a peaceful mind.
What do you want to do today?
Reading, exercising, and practicing becoming the future version of myself that I admire.
Good:
I faced a minor issue in class, which momentarily caused stress, but I managed it well through exercise and mindfulness. Even in the worst-case scenario, when I look at my life from a long-term perspective, this is nothing but a fleeting moment, like the wind, that I won’t even remember.
Bad:
None.
Lesson:

Today’s Realization:
Everything in this world is energy. Not only the energy you receive from the outside world but also the energy you create within yourself is important. High-frequency energy always attracts good things. I learned this only as I grew older, but I now know that when I maintain a high-vibrational energy, I work most efficiently, stay creative, and attract the right people into my life.
To sustain high energy levels, you must cultivate a happy heart, have a generous spirit, and be grateful for what you already have. Regular exercise is essential, as a healthy body leads to a healthy mind and thoughts. If others upset you, your energy will also diminish. Never let yourself be swayed by others.

Strength cardio, Pilates, stretching
A master remains composed in any situation, while an elite individual creates an environment where they can always stay composed.
Exercise should not just be for the sake of working out; it should be for maintaining optimal condition.
