창세기 41-44장
Jacob, fearing that he might lose Benjamin as well, initially refused to send him to Egypt (Genesis 42:4). However, faced with Joseph’s request and the dire circumstances, Jacob eventually agreed to send Benjamin, saying, “May God Almighty grant you mercy before the man” (Genesis 43:14). This teaches us that when we entrust to God the things we find hardest to let go of, we grow in faith and maturity.
