명상의 끝을 알리는 건 차가운 알람 소리가 아니었습니다.
It wasn’t a cold alarm that signaled the end of my meditation.
하얀 솜사탕 같은 원두의 콧소리, "끄응, 끄응..." 이 작은 소리가 제 하루의 시작을 알리는 가장 다정한 신호입니다.
The soft whimpering of Won-du, like a white puff of cotton candy—this small sound is the sweetest signal that starts my day.
비숑 프리제 원두가 침대 위로 껑충 뛰어올라 제 뺨을 핥습니다.
Won-du, my Bichon Frise, hops onto the bed and licks my cheek.
보드라운 털 뭉치의 온기가 닿는 순간, 정지해 있던 저의 세계에 생동감이 감돌기 시작합니다.
The moment the warmth of that soft fur touches me, my frozen world begins to stir with life.
저는 웃음을 터뜨리며 원두를 꼭 껴안습니다.
I burst into laughter and pull Won-du into a tight hug.
"원두야, 오늘도 잘 부탁해. 우리 함께 멋진 이야기를 찾아보자."
"Won-du, let's have a great day. Let's find some beautiful stories together."

사실 오늘은 제가 스레드나 외부 활동을 잠시 멈추고 영감을 채우는 화요일입니다.
Actually, Tuesday is usually the day I step back to recharge my inspiration.
평소라면 스레드에 매일 출근하고, 여러분이 남겨주시는 소중한 알림 불빛들을 하나하나 확인하며 소통하는 것이 저의 소중한 일상이지만요.
Normally, I "show up for work" on Threads every day, checking every notification light and communicating with all of you as part of my precious routine.
보통은 화요일에 명상으로 마음을 비우고 영화를 많이 봅니다.
On a typical Tuesday, I clear my mind through meditation and watch movies.
수많은 이야기 속에 푹 빠져들며 그 안에서 새로운 문장의 씨앗을 찾아내고 다듬는 것, 그것이 제가 화요일을 아끼는 이유이자 루틴입니다.
Immersing myself in countless stories to find and refine the seeds of new sentences—that is the routine I cherish on Tuesdays.
하지만 오늘은 조금 특별한 마음이 들었습니다. 늘 글로만 전해드리는 저의 공간과 일상의 현장이 여러분에게는 조금 막연하게 느껴지실 것 같았거든요.
However, I felt a bit special today. I worried that my space and daily life might feel a bit distant since I only share them through writing.
글로만 다 전하지 못하는 그 따스한 공기를 여러분께도 보여드리고 싶었습니다.
I wanted to show you the warm atmosphere that words alone cannot fully capture.
그래서 오늘만큼은 화요일의 원칙을 잠시 내려놓기로 했습니다.
So, for today only, I decided to set aside my Tuesday rule.
