iPen Di Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and value the relationship we have with you. This Privacy Policy is designed to show you what information about you we collect through your use of our iPen Di 2 and iPen Di Legacy applications (collectively referred to as “iPen Di”).

Information We May Collect

We do not collect any personally identifiable information about you during your use of iPen Di, except if you choose to share it with us when you use the "Send feedback / Report a bug" option as described in the appropriate section below.

The information associated with your photos, such as the location where you took them, the capture date or the photos themselves, is stored in your device and not transmitted to our servers. When you use the sharing options in iPen Di to share a photo, you do so directly with the destination service - be it email, facebook, twitter or any other third-party service or app. Your photos and the metadata associated with them are never transferred to our servers, not even for sharing purposes. Again, the sole exception is when you choose to attach a photo to a bug report for diagnostic purposes.

We may collect anonymous information about your usage of the app, with the purpose of improving iPen Di. We may store the sections you visit when you use the app, so we better understand our customers. We use this information in an aggregated manner and use it to identify features that need improving. No personally identifiable information is collected during this process. This information is transferred to our servers, and we perform the analysis ourselves, so we don't share it with any third-party service.
