강변북로 마포대교에서

서강대교로 가는 길은

가다서다를 반복했다.

룸밀러에 바짝 달라붙은

뒷차 아가씨는

무척이나 단정하고 세련되 보였다.

난 창밖으로 고개를 돌렸다.

차들은 천천히 늘어서 있었고

그 위를 빠알간 하늘이

쓰~윽하고 가로질러 있었다.

그리고

수백개의 붉은 브레이크 등들이

반짝..반짝...반짝...반짝...

반짝..반짝...반짝...반짝...

.

그때 갑자기

차문이 열렸다.

.

어~라~

그러고 보니

앞차도, 뒷차도, 옆차도

몽땅 문이 열렸다.

.

모두들 밖으로 나왔다.

나도 밖으로 나왔다.

하늘을 쳐다봤다.

때마침,

음표를 단 오선지가

도래미파를 흩푸리며

구불구불 하늘 위로 날아가고 있었다.

.

이때,

뒤차 아가씨가 말했다.

"우리 춤출래요...?"

나는 고개를 끄덕였다.

그래서 춤을 췄다.

왈츠인지 자이브인지

알 수는 없었지만...

암튼 춤을 췄다.
