㉠ 궁채는 3시간 정도 불려 끓는 물에 굵은소금을 넣고 30초~1분 정도 데쳐낸다.

㉡ 궁채와 고추는 먹기좋은 크기로 썰어준다.
(Cut stem lettuce and chili peppers into bite-sized pieces.)

㉢ 궁채를 냄비에 넣고 마늘, 액젓, 들깻가루, 육수 반컵을 넣고 조물조물 무쳐둔다.

㉣ 식용유, 육수 반컵을 넣고 자작하게 볶아지면 썰어둔 고추를 넣어준다.
