꺼져가는 물바닥 위에 지어진 아내를 위한 무덤이라니, 타지마할은 아름다우면서도 아아이러니했다. 사랑의 표현으로 지은 건축물을 위해 수많은 사람들이 희생당했다고 가이드가 해준 말도 기억한다. #사랑 이란 주제는 항상 내 작품의 원동력이 되어주는데, 수천 년이 지나도 인류가 계속 배워야 하는 주제일 거란 생각이 든다.
