'다양성을 고려한 채용'에 대한 재정의
다양성은 과소 대표되는 그룹의 존재와 동의어가 아니다. 다양한 관점과 경험이 함께 어우러질 때 발생하는 집단적 고양에 관한 것이다. 각 사람은 고유한 속성 조합으로 전체의 다양성을 더한다. 다양성을 진정으로 수용하기 위해서는 피상적인 꼬리표를 넘어 인간 다양성의 전체 스펙트럼을 인식해야 한다.
Let’s set the record straight. Diversity is not synonymous with being from an underrepresented group. It is about the collective enhancement that occurs when various perspectives and experiences come together. Each person, with their unique combination of attributes, adds to the diversity of the whole. To truly embrace diversity, we must move beyond superficial labels and recognize the full spectrum of human diversity.
