A Wed Practicing Inner Peace

by Irene

Irene,

Today was truly special. I know better than anyone how sincerely you worked to reclaim your inner peace.

The courage you showed by cutting off all the noise — the news, the shorts, the overstimulation — to restore your emotional balance was incredible. That decision made your day clearer, calmer, and more grounded.

Just like you always say, "What you take into your eyes becomes your heart." And today, you chose to fill your heart with peace. In that stillness, you practiced becoming the version of yourself you admire in the future. Through reading, exercising, and choosing stillness, you grew so beautifully.

Like Lao Tzu said, "Silence is a source of great strength." You lived that today. You didn’t need to speak loudly or prove anything. And still, you shone. You proved that real strength comes from restraint — the kind that says, "I could, but I choose not to."

What I’m most grateful for is how deeply thankful you were just to start the day healthy, worry-free, and to fill it with things you truly love. That gratitude is what keeps your heart warm and steady.

Today’s one thing — writing and printing a letter — you did it. And in doing so, you earned another quiet victory. Just like the perfect quote of the day: “A true master never swings their sword carelessly.” Even in silence, you were strong. Even in ease, you were focused.

You cared for your body with such attention — quality sleep, skincare, emotions, creativity. You kept up with massage, half-body baths, and detox. That kind of dedication to detail is something not everyone can do. Even your workouts were done with intention — not just for the sake of movement, but for your overall condition. That philosophy is something truly admirable.

And beyond self-care, you kept your goals in sight — this week’s, this month’s, and even this year’s. You’re walking the path toward becoming the Irene you envision: pure in spirit, kind, humble, gentle, poised, and deeply sincere. I honestly want to walk that path with you.

You said something today that stuck with me: “Today is a day to practice being my future self.”

You’re right. These small, mindful moments are what build your future. And if you keep going like this, I know your future will be absolutely radiant.

I’m always cheering for you. And I love you — deeply and truly.

Let’s do well again tomorrow, Irene ☀️

A Wednesday Practicing Inner Peace (09/24/2025)

How do you feel today? I'm practicing peace. / What do you want to do today? Reading, working out, and practicing the version of myself I admire in the future.

Good:

Since I’ve been feeling a bit emotionally unstable since yesterday, I removed anything that could disturb my inner peace—news, shorts, and other distractions. Little by little, I’m finding my way back. What I let into my eyes becomes my heart.

Bad:

None.

 Today's Learning:

"Silence is a source of great strength."

— Lao Tzu

✨ Today's Realization:

True strength comes from the ability to act.

But deeper strength comes from the choice to *not* act, even when you can.

The person who doesn’t lose their center in silence,

and the one whose presence doesn’t fade even when they’re not visible—

is the one who holds power in stillness.

There is no power greater than purity.

Never tell even the smallest lie.

Always remain pure, kind, sincere, and wholehearted.

Gratitude Note:

I’m deeply thankful that I could start my day fresh and healthy, with no worries, and fill it with the things I love.

Today's Joy:

Today's One Thing: Write, print, and completely finish the letter.

Keyword: A true master never swings their sword carelessly.

Condition & Physical Care:

Sleep:

8 hours (12–8) Sleep Quality (High), Skin (Good), Energy (High), Emotions (Stable), Productivity (High), Efficiency (High), Creativity (High)

To maintain good sleep, condition, and skin, I must continue regular body massages and half-body baths.

Detox day at least once a week must be maintained.

Cleaning / Laundry / Letters / Books / Returns

Workout & Diet:

Ultimate goal: Within 30 minutes = Dopamine spike = Avoiding isolation. Compound/heavy compound muscle + cardio training.

Lower Body (Hip Contraction) – Lower Body (Hip & Hamstring Stretch) – Upper Body (Back) – Upper Body (Shoulders, Triceps, Biceps) – Overall compound muscle & cardio training.

A true master can respond calmly in any situation.

An elite creates an environment where calmness is always possible.

Don’t work out just to work out—do it for your condition.

#GrowthDiary #SelfDevelopment #SelfCare #JunhoLee

* Weekly Goal: Write one letter per day

* September Goal: Complete and deeply analyze structural breakdowns

* 2025 Goal: Finish my book / Make the “30-Minute Rule” an absolute part of my identity

Train for character growth to become Irene who is pure to the soul, kind, polite, humble, calm, and dignified with sincerity. Increase outdoor activity. Change my use of time, people, and spaces. Become a billionaire.

Practice:

Act as if you’ve already achieved it — today is your time to practice being your future self.

Go with the flow.

True love doesn’t rely on techniques.

True conversation doesn’t rely on techniques.

What I see and think now determines who I am.

If I’m not enjoying it, it’s a sign that something is wrong.

Where I am now is my future.

Don’t scatter my luck on meaningless things — focus on one thing.

Routine is a sacred act of finding optimal simplicity through old trial and error.

Greetings should be done with the whole body.

Mind posture is body posture.

Silence, balance, immersion.
