집에서 먹다간 큰일날 것 같은 패스츄리 도우. 달콤한 고구마 무스 아래에는 짭짤한 페퍼로니가 한 장씩 깔려있고 중간중간 할라피뇨도 끼어있어 지루하지가 않다.

도우 특성 상 컷팅해서 나오기가 어려운 건 알겠지만 직접 자르는 게 어려워서 조금 아쉬웠다.

Pastry dough that seems to spill a lot while eating at home. Under the sweet potato mousse, salty pepperoni is laid out one by one, and jalapenos are sandwiched in between, so it is not boring.

I know that it is difficult to cut and come out due to the nature of the dough, but it was a little disappointing that it was difficult to cut it myself.
