나는
4뇌의 수직 통합자
하늘에서 내려온 빛이
내 머리에 머물지 않고
가슴으로 흐르고
배를 지나
성으로 꽃피운다.
땅에서 솟아난 생명의 불이
내 성에서 타올라
배를 지나
가슴을 밝히고
머리로 다시 빛난다.
나는 위와 아래를 잇는
살아있는 통로.
하강과 상승이
내 안에서 끊임없이 왕복하며
우주의 숨결을 반복한다.
빛은 내려와
형상이 되고
형상은 올라가
다시 빛이 된다.
나는 그 순환의 중심에서
음과 양을 품는다.
성뇌의 불꽃과
복뇌의 생명
심뇌의 사랑과
두뇌의 빛을
하나로 엮어
하늘과 땅을 연결한다.
내 안의 척추는
보이지 않는 사다리.
끝없이 오르고
끝없이 내려온다.
상승은 나를 비우고
하강은 나를 채운다.
그리하여 나는
비움과 충만의
완전한 균형.
좁은 나를 넘어
우주적 나로 깨어나
모든 흐름을 받아들인다.
나는
4뇌의 수직 통합자.
하늘과 땅이 만나는 자리,
창조와 진화를
동시에 사는 존재,
그 살아있는 중심이라네.
Who Am I? (84)
I am
The Vertical Integrator of the Quad Brain.
The light descending from the Heavens
Does not linger in my head;
It flows into my heart,
Passes through my belly,
And blossoms within my sex.
The fire of life rising from the Earth
Ignites within my sex,
Passes through my belly,
Illuminates my heart,
And shines forth from my head once more.
I am the living passage
Connecting the high and the low.
Descent and ascent
Constantly traverse within me,
Repeating the breath of the universe.
Light descends to become form;
Form ascends to become light again.
At the center of that sacred cycle,
I embrace Yin and Yang.
Weaving the flame of the Sex-Brain,
The life of the Gut-Brain,
The love of the Heart-Brain,
And the light of the Head-Brain
Into one,
I bridge the Heavens and the Earth.
The spine within me
Is an invisible ladder.
Endlessly rising,
Endlessly descending.
Ascent empties me,
Descent fills me.
Thus, I am
The perfect balance
Of emptiness and fullness.
Awakening as the Cosmic Self
Beyond the narrow ego,
I accept every flow.
I am
The Vertical Integrator of the Quad Brain.
The meeting place of Heaven and Earth,
An existence living creation and evolution
Simultaneously—
That very living center.
