Opening Remarks & Key Hosts

• Lee Hyoung Il, 1st Vice Minister of Economy and Finance, Republic of Korea

• Cho Dong‑Chul, President of the Korea Development Institute (KDI) 


Additionally, some sources mention Koh Young‑sun, Acting President of KDI, associated with a congratulatory address context, though it’s unclear if they are speaking at the conference itself .



Final Session Speakers

• Hyun Song Shin, Economic Adviser and Head of Research at the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) — delivering a presentation via video
