Wow a good question I think. If some situations bother you, yes, you can write it on a paper and solve or let it go. But someone bothers you, if you are sure that person is bad, you need to find how that someone find that attack point into your inside. If your mental was broken by someone's just bad words, possibly, that someone has watched you for a while but you haven't catched so you were melted down by that someone's attack. Like online games. All users have searched for the attack point, you understand that? There are these kind of people out there. ^^

Matter is that attack point can be reputation or not. 

I think you need to go back to that melting down point first.
