In-house venture and startup are very different from each other. I have a lot of things to talk about that. The in-house venture is a 'lion' in the zoo. On the contrary, startup is like a 'lion' in the wild state. Recently, we NCF is supporting the 'OOO' in-house venture: incubating, accelerating  the entire venture and investing in it. I found something amazing! Because the venture was  imperial startup to me. Originally, startup is hungry, cold and poor. However, they were under a 'big umbrella'. It is a big company. It is not easy for the venture to become successful! So, I taught them entrepreneurship. Nowadays, major companies are injecting vitality into their ventures. Through the ventures, they are trying to come up with a new business model. Also, via the in-house venture, they're doing 'csr'. So, they're regarding the in-house vneture as a driving force behind their development. The in-house ventures of large firms I've ever seen so far are making a big mistake: As I mentioned, the in-house venture is a lion in the zoo.  (@This article is only a subjective view)
