Rocky's think box_(10)
I have a lot of things to talk about that. In the startup, a powerful employee is very important. He can do things that three people can do. Because a startup is poor, it has to be careful when employing people. The growth of a startup depends on the person it employs. In reality, when I employ a person, I always perform a MBTI test. There are two kinds of persons in a company. People who work well and those who have good relationships. I must distinguish the persons. Because, afterward, to be an executive, you have to do both well. If you're an office worker, you have to have the two in mind. Young people tend to overlook this, so it is very unlikely for them to grow sustainably. The smarter someone is, the more individualistic he is. So, they ignore human relationships. Whereas, those who are good at human relationships, they don't usually work well. In conclusion, when you look for employees, you take into consideration the two:: work and relationships!
