I wanna tell you about the definition of immersion. Immersion has to be based on "humanity". For success, self-management, immersion and mentality are all important! Among them, immersion can help someone to do "career jump". However, ordinary people are not that patient. If you continue to be intent on anything, you can become successful. In the past, I turned into a startup accelerator from an architect. However, I underwent an wrenching ordeal! Nevertheless, so as to become successful, I focused on working for ten years. I always slept only for four hours a day for ten years. Immersion needs "sustenance". Actually, we need some success factors. Among them, immersion is the most important. In the same vein, it is needed in a company. The people in a company are divided into those who can be immersed and those who can't.  Immersion is closely related to the success of a company. It is very obvious that people of the MZ generation have both strong points and weak points. One of their strong points is that they're already used to "digital" and they have unique ideas as well. One of their weak points is that they're not patient enough.  In conclusion, immersion can lead us to success!
