I think that small enterprises are having more difficulties as time goes on. Because of on-line markets' expansion and 'low entry barriers', their difficulties are becoming worse! Also, recently, due to covid and the Russia-Ukraine war, they are faced with mutiple problems, like a sharp price rise and the problem of supply and demand of raw materials. the retail price of their products is skyrocketing. Also, for the past three years, owing to the global pandemic, the 'global polarization' has gone from bad to worse to date. As a result, ordinary people have been the hardest hit by that. Finally, small enterprises and ordinary people are having difficulty making both ends meet. Whereas, big companies are becoming richer and richer. The new government should help small enterprises and ordinary people to become better off. However, the government knows that small enterprises have their limit. The fact is that there is not any way out to revive them! Lately, '오늘회', a startup, advised its employees to resign last month, although the company was invested 15 billion won from some investors. This shows that any startups, which need a lot of fixed costs, will face insurmountable difficulties. In conclusion, to revive themselves, they have to implement 'open innovation', just like big companies do!
